The cozy space of the Kroll House Loft is very functional because the open layout and versatility of the furniture. My son slept on the pullout couch and said it was comfortable. H'

The location itself is great, a nice walk to many restaurants & a grocery store. You’re also 15 mins from downtown & will beat a lot of traffic to the mountains starting out west of Denver. '

'My husband and I made a last minute trip up to Denver and found this lovely place. It was clean, well kept and in a great neighborhood. The owner was responsive to questions yet gave us complete privacy. It had a great little yard that the dog loved and we walked to sandwich shops, grocery stores and more. I highly recommend Julio's for breakfast. Watch your head at the top of the stairs! We hope to return for another stay.'

'This rental was a last minute decision. There were no reviews and we took a chance. We were not disappointed!! The house was very lovely and immaculate. We had room to spread out. Had it been a little warmer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor spaces. This home is in a lovely neighborhood just a block or two from city Park. So it was a great to take walks. I think the only negative thing I can think of is I would've preferred a regular coffee pot because the Nespresso is just not my favorite kind...

'It was great! The place was great for a guys trip of 4 guys. We enjoyed privacy in the unit, everything was clean and new. Quiet location as well. A bit of a walk to things would be my only complaint, but it’s a relatively short walk or a quick Uber. '
