Not very clean room, but has a fridge, kitchenette. Room has not been cleaned and no clean towels after 1 night

Arrived a few minutes before 11 and was luckily still able to check in but by the time we got to the room we noticed the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. There was a woman outside yelling in the middle of the night so it was a little worrisome. Also realized that the room was not cleaned as the floor was still filthy. Was okay as a place to crash for the night but wouldn’t recommend.

Walked in to check in and there was a man outside using a pipe and getting dressed. He then continued to come inside check in area no shoes bloody shirt and acting really sketchy. I proceeded to exit area and found a new place to stay. I called there office and was not even offered a refund for the conditions of there hotel. Super disappointing

Was just ok...
Everything seemed nice from the pics but it's not really a family with kids place to stay.. Floors were dirty and sticky, fridge was very dirty, the water pressure was so low you could only was 1 limb at a time..

That’s the power of pine sol baby!!
The room was not very well cleaned/if at all!! The baseboards were super gross, in the shower there was something splatter across the ceiling, the floors were covered in crumbs and such and there was some kind of bug (idk if it was a bed bug or not) that crawled on me. The setup of the room was very nice!! Just not clean

When i got there Michelle was very rude. I had to go from 3rd floor to office 3x because key wouldnt work. Security had to come last time and check. It would not work. There was a man running back and forth yrlling. The elevator would worj when it wanted, trash all in it. When i asked for a refund lady was rude as well as could not get any money back! Trash all over place.

This hotel room was dirty. I had stains in my pillow cases and holes in my blankets from previous persons smoking. You can hear the people walking and closing cabinets from upstairs. Although the staff was very friendly! And it was in a very convenient location

We couldn't even stay here. It was disgusting. There was visible dirt everywhere... The floors obviously hadn't been cleaned in months, the blankets were stained, the nightstand had actual dirt on it, like it hadn't even been wiped off. The TV was even covered in some kind of gross liquid stain. The shower was also unclean and stained. We went to the front desk and told them we couldn't stay because it was so filthy. I will be contacting Expedia about a possible refund because I can't believe they'd even want a property like this on their site. We had to find a different hotel last minute!

First off, we arrived and encountered a screaming match between several people. When we did find our way to the office. It was locked and had a security guard inside. Who didn't acknowledge us, the screaming match or give us any information on how we check in. And when we did finally moke it inside the check in office. The screaming men where now out front of the office yelling, the security guard did nothing to resolve it. Making it impossible to hear anything that was said from the front desk lady. After we got our key. We started towards our room and noticed beer cans and liquor bottles everywhere. As we were walking to our room. We overheard several more heated arguments. Finally we reached our room, it was dirty and it smelt terrible.
