We returned to Woolley's after 2 weeks vacation leaving our car parked at the hotel. Our issue was the fiasco getting the hotel shuttle from DIA. We called the hotel at 10 PM for directions to the shuttle. They said it runs every 15 or 20 minutes and stops at island #3. After waiting over 45 minutes I called back and then the hotel said they can't park at the airport then requested our names and said a shuttle would arrive in about 15 minutes. After over an hour of standing out in the cold a van finally shows up that services THREE hotels (not just Woolley's) and about 30 people including aircrew all tried to pile into the van! We had multiple bags, finally got them loaded up only to find NO seats left in the van. Then it turns out that some of the passengers seated in the shuttle were on the wrong shuttle for their hotel's exact location (same name hotels - different address!) What a mess!! Finally got to the hotel and got checked in after 11:30 PM. The following morning we were meeting some guests for brunch and asked for an hour later checkout. The front desk attendant was rude, said all late checkouts had already been used up! I told her after waiting almost 2 hours to get to the hotel last evening, they owed me at least an hour. She didn't seem to care. Then a few minutes later she said "housekeeping" approved a 1 hour later checkout. Overall not a nice a great experience and not compared to to our arrival 2 weeks prior. Vehicle parking went well.
