Loved it!
This was the second time booking with VRBO and again did not disappoint. The condo was perfect and just like described on VRBO. We loved the large balcony and view of the ocean. The condo was decorated nicely and felt like home. Laura was amazing! When I booked the condo she sent a message the same day to inform of beach rentals and encouraged to reserve. The day we arrived she sent text to check on us and make sure there were no issues. The night before we left she sent message with instructions on what needed to be done with towels, dishes, etc before we left. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely!!
I have never stayed in Destin before and let me just say...we have been missing out! My husband and I felt so at ease here. Normally with our littles we are on HIGH alert. This location having the extra security and other amazing people made our stay so enjoyable. This location on the beach was also very clean and taken care of. There are also many places close that you could walk to or even drive to within about 10 mins. Our host was super sweet and very quick to answer any questions. She also checked in with us and was lovely. We plan to come back next year!

Our host and room was very welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean with a decor that made you feel at home. My wife even commented that there wasn’t even a blemish on the wall paint. To say the least we will stay there again and definitely with this host. Terrific stay!

FUN IN THE SUN!!!
The pools were supper clean, I noticed someone testing them several times a day. The beach was clean, and the cross breeze was a life saver. And even thou there was a ton of families with children, our room was very peaceful. Being Grandparents we watched the young families enjoy their time together. And I loved the covered parking garage, it kept the car cooler when went out.

Destin has always been a go to vacation destination. Now that we have our daughter, we are excited to make memories at Destin with her. We had the best time staying at Pelican Beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When we walked I to the condo, the view from the patio was breathtaking. Our daughter loved the bunk beds and the book corner. We had everything we needed to cook in the beautiful kitchen. Over all our stay was perfect. The host was very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be planning another stay in the specific condo!

Exactly as advertised. Easy beach experience.
Everything went well. The property was nice and the beach was only moments away from the lobby. I misunderstood that the beach service is not included in the price of the property. So either check into prices of the beach service or be prepared to bring your own chairs/umbrellas. It was very nice to have the option of going to the beach or just using one of the three pools that was available.

Breathtaking view

From the lovation, check in process, speed of elevators to the amazing beach front. If you’ve done the vacation beach condo trips then you know all the previous mentioned are huge! The owner seemed to be very helpful and a class act.

Our first family vacation
Had a wonderful time. My wife and I wanted to go out of town with our 8 month old for the first time at the beach and we loved it. The condo was extremely clean and cozy. It was decorated very thoughtfully and right on the beach with the most amazing view. It was almost at the very top of the building which made the view that much better. It was located perfectly in the middle of so many great restaurants. Definitely a getaway I would recommend to others.

Great condo/getaway
No question, this condo and location is great! The host was very nice and responsive and even checked in on me during my stay. And helped make a couple of local spot suggestions. The condo is super cute, liked the open layout, it was clean inside, it has a great view of the Gulf and loved hearing the waves all the way up on the 16th floor like they were right outside my door. It was easy access to everything. This is no reflection on the owner/host, but the building itself (entry from the front and back and inside the elevators) could be cleaner. 5 star for the unit for cleanliness, 2-3 stars for the common areas in and around the property. However, they did do a fairly good job keeping the floors dry from the pools, beach, etc. as there is a lot of wet foot traffic and each and every afternoon they had the air dryers on! And, nice amenities. Overall, I would stay here again! Definitely facing the beach for the best views! Thank you Laura, it was a lovely stay!

Great Place for a Vacation
Check in was super easy and the front desk staff were very great. The room was very clean with easy access to the beach, shopping and dining. Great views of the gulf. The property manager made sure to let us know they were available anytime we needed and was happy to assist with anything we needed. Next time we go to Destin, I’d love to stay here again!

Are working with Laura who is the property manager was amazing Dash she went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family, and made sure that we had the most wonderful experience. The balcony was incredible – we saw a rainbow going straight into the ocean, and saw dolphins multiple times as well as potentially a shark sighting 😳! The condo and rooms were clean, neat and updated - having the tiki bar on site was fantastic and their food was delicious! 5 star all the way!!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Actually the online pictures were great but seeing the condo in person was even better! We felt right at home. Laura was very sweet and made sure we didn’t need anything while we were there. She was very easy to get in contact with and talk to. We had no issues with the condo whatsoever! Loved the beach themed decor! My daughter (4) loved the bunk beds. Let’s talk about the view from the balcony! Absolutely beautiful and so peaceful and refreshing to sit out on the balcony enjoying the sunrise and sunset while enjoying the beach views! We will definitely book with Laura and her family in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. Feel like you are in the Caribbean while enjoying the sparkling, clear blue waters. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and even had extra sleep space with the pull out couch. We had a couple minor issues arise but the owners were very quick to communicate and help us find solutions. They even contacted the front desk to have them check on us to be sure everything was going smooth. Very pleasant experience.

Gorgeous view right on the beach! The condo is in the perfect location - directly facing the beach with a balcony to sit and enjoy the view, read a book or take nap. The sand & ocean are just steps away for fun in the sun & water. Grocery stores, vacay shopping and great restaurants just minutes away. We couldn’t imagine a better stay for our first trip to Destin. The owner Laura was the perfect host, responsive and eager to make our stay easy & enjoyable. If there was a 6th star, this property would deserve it. The place was spotless upon arrival, the king bed was so comfy that my wife wants to buy the same mattress now. My kids loved the built-in bunk beds. Being on the higher floor (16) was great. The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect, we even saw dolphins multiple times from the balcony. The photos on the vrbo site are identical to what you see when you arrive. The owner was very helpful before arriving with recommended things to do and even checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Fantastic property and very receptive owner. Awesome week and can’t wait to return!
