'Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. Hiking right outside the door.'

'Property feels unsafe as it is opened for anyone to walk in through the back gate. Main lobby door is always open, and seems extremely unsafe for that reason. Our room had a 12ish inch tv. Internet was extremely slow. Property management don’t try to work with you at all regarding schedules etc. you are able to hear everything in other rooms as well. '

'The title of the review covers it well. It's a beautiful, newer property and very well-appointed and spotless. The location in Old-Town Cottonwood can't be beat...the best restaurant in downtown (Pizzeria Bocce) is practically across the street and the best beer selection (Copper Jackalope) is right next to that. Also, the trailhead for the Jail Trail is right next door. Patty was extremely prompt and friendly in our communications. A+.'

'This is a lovely spot that was close to downtown touring, amazing hiking at Watson lake, and was a real gem. The home is a historical home and the vibe met that expectation. 'Really can beat the views or location here, but I wouldn’t say this is the most luxurious place as listed. Showers have old glue on them from previous stuck on shampoo’s and the smell of air freshener hits you when you first walk in. For the price I thought it was not what I expected. Also note you are required to do a damage waiver or have a $500 deposit. The waiver is $40 otherwise the deposit comes back but $15 fee is still charged. Seems intense for the place. 'We had a wonderful stay in Oak Creek! The condo was beautiful and a perfect location—away from the crowds in Sedona, but close to everything! Love that Clark’s was right across the street!!'

'Great home base for our long weekend in Sedona. Short drive to hikes and the Sedona main drag. The grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops were within a block. We had cooler temps but enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. We ran out of time to play pickleball but the condo overlooks the courts and did have equipment to play.'

Kitchen a little light on ordinary items like salt/pepper and dish towels and adequate glassware. All were taken care of with a phone call to property managers. Location is amazing if you want incredible views and trails right outside your door. Traffic in Sedona is miserable so it was nice to be a bit removed from the chaos. 'Uitermate vriendelijke ontvangst, en extra service i.v.m. (gemelde) verjaardag van echtgenoot. Mooi gelegen en ingericht resort in Sedona met zicht op de omringende natuur. Riante en sfeervolle villas/ studios met volledig ingerichte nette en vooral schone keuken. Overall was het erg schoon en netjes. Klein zwembadje buiten met enkele tafels en ligstoelen. Fijn verblijf!'
