'When booking I had an issue with the owner initially, but that was resolved quickly through Expedia. This is a fantastic Family resort away from all the noise. Beautiful beach although lots of coral so beach shoes recommended. House is very spacious and comfortable...not necessarily exclusive but very family friendly. 'The experience at Galu Kinondo was way beyond our expectations. The house was truly a luxurious villa as described with plenty of space for our kids to play. The pool was very well maintained and you could watch the waves roll in while relaxing in the pool. 'I absolutely loved the villas. The staff was great the security also kept the pool maintained which was nice. We stayed 3 weekends. The Diani Backpacker next door love to party. Their music is pretty loud but it does not bother you in the Villa rooms. The music can be heard in the bathrooms and living room. We will stay here again. The pool makes it easy to stay in all day. The villa has all you need to cook. The water is actually hot. My last two visits at another location did not have hot...

'The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there. The guards at the property are very friendly.'
