'Of all the hotels we have stayed in they had the best bed. It was not a hard plank. It has the perfect amount of give and was extremely comfortable. We would stay there again for the bed alone. On another note, we always were socksin hotel rooms. Usually the look dirty after walking around in the room. Our socks stayed clean like we had been wearing shoes. This was a testament to the cleanliness of the carpet and room. The staff was helpful and courteous.'

'Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast could’ve been better. It’s located In the small restaurant, due to limited space in the restaurant I did have to wait in line. I also wish they allowed you to take the breakfast to your room instead of having to sit downstairs and eat it. They could avoid having people stand in line if they allowed the breakfast to be to go. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. Watery eggs, French toast, chicken sausage with fruit, oat meal, yogurt and mini bagel...

'The friendliest and most helpful staff! We arrived at 2 am (about 5 hours after we were supposed to) and the woman at the desk was so kind and helpful. We were leaving in a cruise the next day and didn’t know about setting up a shuttle. We mentioned the cruise and she just gave us a piece of paper to write our info on and took care of booking the shuttle for us! At 2 am! Seriously best customer service. '

Mijn dochter verloor haar lievelingsknuffel op de kamer, direct gebeld maar de lost en found is enkel een bandje, niemand die je te woord staat, nummer doorgeven maar nooit terug gebeld.'

'Overall, our stay was great. The room was large and nicely furnished. Plus, we had a great view of the city and the water! The staff was very nice, helpful and professional! We will stay here again. 'The staff was very helpful with setting up the shuttle and cab we needed. We had some other questions/issues and they were very eager to help with that as well. The room was super nice and modern. However, the walls seemed rather thin because we could hear the guests in the adjacent rooms very well. The price was very good and the vicinity to the airport was super handy.'
