'The property is an entire boat, with kitchen and bathroom. Very nicely renovated. Great location between Richmond and Williamsburg. Very friendly reception by operator, who provided accurate and helpful tips. We were sorry that we could stay only one night, we would have loved to stay longer. Near presumed site of Pocahontas' village and near Civil War fortifications.'

'Firstly, Cpt Ron is a sweetheart ❤. The original boat cookie B was unavailable so we stayed on the Kayla Leigh instead. Captain Ron is very friendly and informative, we enjoyed the stay and chatting with him and his lovely wife. It was my first time on a small boat overnight and it takes a little getting used to being a tall girl, 😁 outside of adjusting to the shower/toilet situation I had a great stay! Highly recommended and I would book again. '

'What an absolute fantastic weekend in Va. My son is a Marine stationed at Fort Greg-Adams. He was given his 96hr leave for the Holiday weekend. We found this gem of a home in rural Va. The home is spacious and very clean. There are amazing amenities. Washer/dryer, front deck, bar-b-que handicap accessible door. Just a great home for a weekend. If you are a history buff it is double the bonus. There are plenty of Civil war trails to explore. Everything about the house and stay is an A++++++++++....
