'Great pricing for a one night stay! We had a large group and location sleeps 16 people comfortably. Neighborhood was nice and it’s located close/far enough away from things you may need access to (shopping, food, beach, etc)'

'Outdoor setup is great!! Fantastic for a group. Pool, fire pit, dock, and pergola area was great for our group to relax throughout the day. Inside was very spacious and nice. Great communication with Aaron before and during stay. Would recommend addition blankets as we had 15 staying but overall great property and would recommend to all and would definitely stay again! 'This property exceeded our expectations in every way possible. There is so much to keep everyone entertained, and the layout is very functional for a big group. Beds are also incredibly comfortable. The pool and hot tub are incredible, along with the sports court and treehouse. 20 minute drive to either Ft. Lauderdale or South Beach, and located on a very quiet street. 'Had a great time at this rental. It was clean, management responded quickly and they didn’t have a laundry list of things we needed to do before we left. If I could give any pointers to the management company- I would tell them that an upgrade in the towels would really elevate the high end feel of this rental. The towels were small and scratchy- but other than that it was perfect! Well stocked in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, grill, pool and patio was ready to go. I would stay again...
