'I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. 'Didn't need our car once we got there. We could walk to Broadstairs one way or to some lovely unspoilt bays the other. The apartment is well appointed with lovely nuatical themed furnishings. Welcoming host. I would certainly recommend.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lovely beach vibe and has everything you need. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats.'

'The location is really great, as well as the view over Viking Bay. The lounge is the best place in the flat. Beds are good, one bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the furniture is a little bit dated. The cutlery and other parts of the kitchen equipment are a mixed bag, but still all that is needed is there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.'

'I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry.'

'Throughly enjoyed our stay here , host have the perfect set up and only a short distance to Hythe town centre which has a great deal to offer for food and drink . The property is well set up with everything you need inside and a private enclosed garden for our furry friend . Totally recommend great hosts great place great price great getaway .'

'Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good.'

'Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller.'
