'But definitely not our last. We wanted a beach getaway without the traffic and crowds you find further south and Broadkill fit the bill. This cottage is perfect for a couple a family or small group. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved hanging out on the screened porch playing cards and a couple of the board games provided. The beach is just a 2 minute walk and my husband is still talking about the pizza he had from the Broadkill store...

'The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers.'

'Nice and clean house, steps to beach for a visit with grandkids. Loved the separate cottage like in-law suite. Allowed some down time and privacy. Location was a short drive to Lewis, DE and perfect for nature lovers. The step down to the beach is a bit washed out, just have to watch your steps. However there is a public entrance a few blocks away and a small store to grab ice cream and a sandwiches.'

Cottage is cozy and clean Yard space is great .Would have given five stars except for the fact that the listing states a hot tub/spa which does not exist on the property./and we were asked to strip linens and put them and towels in washer before leaving when we had already paid a cleaning fee? Not sure how to feel about that .Never been asked to do this at a Vrbo. Overall the stay comfortable and enjoyable .'

'We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely beach cottage. Check in was a breeze. The location is excellent as it is between Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, and walking distance. The cottage was very comfortable. We would definitely like to return for another visit!'

'Ray will handle any problem without invading your privacy; I did not have any. It's a nice place, clean and functional, but you have fast internet and TV, and a little walk to a lovely shore. 'Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Plus, one of the twins was missing the top mini mattress. The view is mostly of the neighborhood street, nearby homes and their roofs and a small...

It has been beautifully renovated with many modern amenities including updated appliances, light switches, hvac thermostat, & a newer deck & railing. It offered sheets, towels, extra blankets, pillows, & comforters, & laundry supplies - these are definitely all pluses & not usually included when renting. All of this perfectly tucked away in a remote quaint area with beautiful views of the water. We had a slight issue on our part when...

It was just enough space + glad to have use of a washer + dryer after having a 3 +:4 year old out + about seeing the sites at the lighthouse, diamond beach + Wildwood boardwalk. We were visiting to attend the Coast Guard Festival on Saturday + had a fun time there all afternoon despite the rain showers...cute cottage in a quiet location - until the 3 + 4 year old arrived..'
