'It’s a nice condo. I would say the only issue we had was the AC went out 2 times which might have been a power issue on the island itself. Other than that, we had a great time.'

'Second time staying on the Island. Much happier with this unit over first. Bed was comfortable dense foam - no sags or lumps. Its kitchen was adequate for breakfasts for us. Needs an actual sharp knife and a real coffee pot along with pods. Iron did not work. Toilet seat is going to slide off with somebody! Other than those mentioned items the stay was very good.'

'Just far enough outside of town for peace bit close enough to get around where you want to go. The outdoor patio and pool were complimented by all our guests. I would stay here again.'

'The experience we had for 3 days at this Vrbo was awesome! It is a little off the beaten path in terms of downtown Austin, but the area offers a lot within a short distance. Food and drinks, grocery, catering, etc were all very very manageable. The separation of buildings and sleeping arrangements allows everyone to have space and time as needed! The pool is great and many activities are provided for your use, which we took full advantage off. My few suggestions would be to add more hosting...

'This was just the right home for our group of eight this Christmas. The open layout was great for snacking, puzzles and conversation and the large dining room table overlooking the pool and back yard was perfect for meals. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient to restaurants and a nice church for Christmas Eve service. Loved the outdoor fireplace and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and backyard area. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings.'

'Everything was very clean and was exactly what was represented in pictures and as described. Had a small problem with wifi after a 10-20 second power outage. Owner was quickly responsive and helpful. All in all, a satisfactory experience.'

'We rented this place for our family to gather for the eclipse! The kids had a blast in the pool, playing games on the lawn and catching toads after dark! The house manager, Martha made us feel totally welcome and helped us with all of our needs. It rained which made the separate entrances to the bedrooms a bit of a bummer but we survived! All in all it was a perfect place for our family to gather!'

'Went for our Anniversary/family wedding. Reception took place at the Lakeway resort! We were in walking distance of the resort. Everything was very clean, convenient and all around a great place! Highly recommend if your ever in the Austin area!'

'This home was great for us! It has an expansive backyard, a nice deck and grill, and was easy to get to. Only catch was our late night arrival and host had forgotten to give us the gate code, but it all worked out pretty quickly.'
