The issue was, I called the receptionist many times to fix something with the tv in the room and all they said we will send someone right now!!!! Many times I called and nothing happened until I left the hotel and I have mentioned that upon my checkout.

Rooms were very clean but the corridors smelt a little “funky”. Checked into the room and no problem until I decided I wanted to turn the room lights off, not one light would switch off anywhere in the room! Went to the front desk who arranged another room, told me to call from the room when I was ready to move my bags and of course the telephone didn’t work so had to walk all the way back to the front desk again. Staff were very helpful

This is a nice stay away from the busy city. Conveniently located 5 mins to the airport. Very quiet. The rooms are spacious, while as breakfast is okay.

Pratique pour un court séjour car accessible à pieds de l’aéroport et station métro Petit soucis lors de l’arrivée tardive, il n’y a avait pas ma chambre réservé avec lit king size pour la première nuit mais vite rectifié le lendemain et compensé par le petit déjeuner offert. Literie très confortable digne d’hôtel de grand standing, tous le confort dans la chambre mais dommage que le mini bar ne soit pas approvisionné. Aloft was overall good but we have few glitches like staff said one thing and bus drivers said opposite e.g staff told us there was only drop off to airport and no pick up so we took own cab. Bus driver told us there is pick up and drop off for clients.
