I had a wonderful time at this friendly hotel. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite. Very fast check-in and check-out. The room was everything you could wish for. Couldn't fault the cleanliness and hygiene in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Value for money. The location was the best for me. 10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. I would like to thank all the hard working staff who I don't know their names, you all do a great job. I would also like to thank the hotel for the cake, wine and gift I received for my birthday. Thanks for everything!!

Wij kregen een gratis upgrade, we voelde ons zeer welkom! Restaurantjes en fast food ketens super dichtbij en taxi's op ieder hoekje van de straat. Handdoeken voor het strand of zwembad zijn gratis, zwembad is verwarmd en avonds erg gezellig druk buiten op het terras van het hotel (inclusief alcohol).

Excellent service, very friendly staff, extremely clean and most importantly the location was absolutely perfect. Literally 5 min walk to the beach and so many restaurants and fast food places in walking distance. There's literally a KFC, Burger King and MC Donalds next to the hotel building. Pool had an amazing view of the Ain Dubai and the hotel provided free shuttles to the Dubai mall (twice a day) and free shuttles to and from the Mall of Emirates on select days which was convenient.

Great stay in a great hotel
Great location for JBR and Marina area, not if you are keen on Downtown Dubai only. Friendly staff, large and spacious room. We got an upgrade to the full sea view, which is great with the large windows and balcony. Price was very reasonable for the location and the quality.

Hotel is dichtbij het strand en velen restaurants. Portiers voor de deur van het hotel zijn heel erg aardig, beleefd en erg behulpzaam!

Enorm gastvrije en behulpzame staff bij Amwaj Rotana. Luxe hotel met mooie, grote kamers. Ontbijt, zwembad, bars en overige faciliteiten allemaal prima in orde. Ligging van het hotel is ook super, aan de Dubai Marina en de boulevard met veel leuke restaurants. Valet parking is ook prima geregeld! Enige minpuntje zijn de liften, waar je behoorlijk lang (>5 min.) op kon wachten.

Hotel is sterren waardig. Super vriendelijk personeel, schone nette kamers, gratis flesjes water op de kamer. Bad is redelijk. Beetje ondiep, duurt lang voor het vol is en loopt ondanks stop toch langzaam leeg. Zeezicht van uit de kamer op het strand, zwembad en de Palm.

Super hotel, erg goede service. Wij kwamen om 9.30 uur aan konden meteen gaan ontbijten en kregen na terug keer de kamersleutels met een upgrade naar mooiere kamers. Als ik een minpunt moet aangeven is dat, dat je niet gratis WIFI op je kamer hebt.

Op sommige dagen veel lawaai van het restaurant (Italiaan) in het hotel. Na klachten kwamen we hoger in het hotel te zitten, maar dat hielp niet heel veel. Verder redelijk hotel, maar gaan volgende keer weer naar buurman Sofitel op de Walk.

Geweldig Hotel!
Amwaj Rotana is een geweldig hotel. De locatie op de JBR is perfect. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Het strand is op 3 minuutjes loopafstand. Als je naar het strand gaat krijg je een beachkit met strandhanddoeken, strandmat, parasol, koelbox met flesjes water en gezichtsdoekjes. Het personeel bij het ontbijtbuffet ook mijn complimenten. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en lekker elke ochtend Healthy shakes. Internet is perfect, geen enkel moment traag internet gehad. Wij hebben een bijzonder fijn verblijf gehad en zou dit hotel aan iedereen aanraden.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful, lovely hotel just a couple of minutes walk to beach. The breakfast was excellent a lot of variety. The only slight downfall was waiting to get access to our room when we arrived , it would have been good if we were allocated another room whilst waiting as we had to wait along time. Otherwise me and my husband really loved our stay and would definitely visit again.
