I was pleasantly surprise with this place. LOVELY staff! Very kind, respectful and helpful. Specially the valet team. The breakfast buffet was good too! This place will certainly be my top choice when I go back to Dubai.

Muchas gracias al personal de Restaurante, su atención durante los Buffet fue excelente y memorable. Lo que no me gusto fue que aunque estábamos hospedados en el Hotel no nos dejaban estar en el área de la alberca cuando los partidos a menos que consumiéramos cervezas, cuando nosotros no teníamos intención de tomar y nos corrieron a nuestra habitación.

Used to be better
I've stayed here a few times but it was better when it was managed by Rydges. Chelsea have spoilt it, especially the bars and pool area. They have put a massive screen for sports channels by the swimming pool. Also, the noise from the nightclub goes on well into the night.

Room was ok, not the best but the staff is full or shot, wasnt ben trying to help us. The night club is heard till the highest floor. Oh on a freaking wednesday, we werent advised about this loud ass music, not even apologies, the AC WAS NOT WORKING!!! WE’RE IN DUBAK, you know how hot it is in there????? And i ask for new room and they said no, no Fan to atleast sub for the AC. Nothing. Its a horrible stay.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Dirty spots in the room, and it is just not possible to sleep without ear plugs because of 2 clubs on ground floor and two clubs on top floor making party until 3am ever morning

Wouldn't stay here again
The photos posted are very misleading. The room was very dated and not well maintained. The shower had mildew growing in it. The walls were dirty, and the bathroom cabinet had something growing in there as well. Loud music from the club downstrairs played pretty much all night. Lighting in the room was very dim.

Very happy
Given the price paid this property represents great value for money. I arrived late 2am and it was close to the airport and had everything I needed for a one night stay. Good selection of bars and nightclubs too. Would stay again for a short stay given the great price.

There is a standing shower and a bath tub facility. Excellent hot water throughout. Towels and bedsheets were very clean. Free large bottle of water was provided everyday. Close proximity to shopping, grocery and bus stops.

Comfortable stay
Room was very spacious. Metro train os very far , about 23 minutes walk. But buses are two to 4 minutes walk and you would find buses for all the major malls and attractions. Inside the room yoi would find an iron and board , hot water kettle with tea coffee facility. Bedsheets and towels are always clean and chnaged daily with all the other essential amenities. TV is large in size and many good channels are available. My room 305 was quiet , but also because of COVID corona virus , all the night clubs and pubs in the hotel were closed. Thats why there was no noise. All the restaurants and shops are just a 5 mins walk. Daily they used to replenish a large bottle of water as well.
