Een zeer schoon hotel, met hele vriendelijke medewerkers. De kamer was ruim . Douche en toilet waren apart en dat was erg fijn. Ontbijt was goed, niets op aan te merken. Ik zal Doubletree zeker aanbevelen.

walgelijk hotel, slechte service
1 van de slechtste hotels in dubai. Wat een slechte service. Er word geen gehoor gegeven aan je klacht (water uit de kraan laat een bepaalde gas vorm lucht los) niemand die er wat aan doen. Wij zijn weg gegaan en hebben onze nachten ingeleverd. Kregen geen service of deels terug vergoed.

Super netjes en vriendelijk personeel, heel dicht bij de dubai Mall. Enige nadeel is dat je wel altijd een taxi moet pakken om ergens te komen. Die overigens wel heel goedkoop zijn.

De afstand van hotel naar Dubai Mall is 5 minuten in taxi. Kosten rond 15 DAE (3,70 euro). De shuttle van het hotel rijdt ook regelmatig naar oa Dubai Mall.

Nette hotel in goed gelegen omgeving. Water in badkamer is totaal niet constant aan temperatuur. Het gaat van warm naar HEEL HEET en weer naar koud enz enz. Alle dagen was dit zo. Dus niet fijn douchen zo.

Heerlijk hotel centraal gelegen!
Heerlijk hotel, centraal gelegen, geen idee hoe bereikbaarheid met OV is (wij hadden huurauto), nette service in het hotel, fijne kamers, goed ontbijt.

Mooi hotel op een perfecte locatie!
Van alle gemakken voorzien in dit erg nette hotel. Hotel ligt op een goede locatie t.o.v de mall. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zij doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken.

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam, het hotel ligt vlakbij Dubai mall. Het Belgische restaurant in het hotel serveert heerlijke gerechten met allerlei soorten bier. Het zwembad is fijn, het personeel is zeer behulpzaam.

Excellent Hotel
I stayed here for a vacation with my daughter. The room, facilities and location were nothing sort of perfect. I was impressed with the touchpad light system in the room and simple comforts such as having a usb charming point in the room. No need for converters. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. Room service was also very affordable. Another great feature is the complimentary shuttle bus to Dubai mall and other hubs. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come to Dubai again.

Goed hotel
Hotel was goed lag lekker centraal. Parkeren was geen probleem netjes geregeld. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Echter toch een paar minpunten. Bij aankomst werden we in een kamer geplaatst die bestemd is voor mensen die minder valide zijn, beetje vreemd maar gelukkig na één telefoontje opgelost. De schoonmaak liet letterlijk op zich wachten, we moesten drie keer zelf aan de bel trekken dat de kamer nog niet was schoongemaakt (drie dagen achterelkaar) deze zaken moeten echt beter.

Tres bon emplacement. Gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner et dîner a thème excellents. Piscine correcte mais pas très grande quand il y a du monde. Pour autant le personnel trouve des transats et aménage l'espace. La chambre est extra! Spacieuse et salle de bain également. Tres bon séjour.

This is a very clean property, a little far from burj khalifeh area but ok to walk. The worst part was breakfast and it’s area! Very unorganised, not even good bread! After one day we decided to go out for breakfast.

Brilliant! Location is fab, very convenient. The service is very good and the staff were very attentive especially with our little ones. We didn’t enjoy dinner there though, but there are plenty of dining options locally within walking distance.

Overall pleasant stay
A bit disappointing with check-in as I was kept waiting in the lobby 2 hours after the official check in for my room to get ready despite having rooms available in higher floors. However, the hotel is very clean with good breakfast and dinner options and the staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Location is good with few shops close by but swimming pool smaller than I expected.
