Where to begin? This property is amazing. The entrance is grand and the concierge was welcoming and friendly. Julia was very helpful and found us the perfect suite for our family of 6 and the view was INCREDIBLE (room 327 and 328). The breakfast was also amazing, the three cakes especially were phenomenal. The staff during breakfast was also very meticulous and ready to help even during peak times. The beach was also amazing. I would definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Ajman. This is the jewel of Ajman for sure.

The staff is incredible! Our check in was so smooth - thanks to Julia, the manager. The beach was spectacular and the pool was beautiful. I went with my parents, brother, and two children. We had an amazing time!

Freezing Room with Terrible Service
We booked a two night stay but on check in we were put in a freezing room. I immediately turned off the ac and went for dinner. When we returned to the room it was still freezing. I told the hotel and they sent a maintenance person. He came but told me I had already turned the ac off. An hour later I called them again and they told me to open the window. But I finally insisted they change my room at 11pm at night.

Mukavan ja hieno hotelli, joka sijaitsee kaukana Dubaista ja Arabiemiraattien nähtävyyksistä ja harrasteista. Mikäli tarkoitus vierailla Dubaissa useamman kerran loman aikana on parempi valita hotelli Dubain lähistöltä, koska etäisyydet ja ruuhkat ovat suuria matkalla Dubaihin.

Ilmastoinnin säätö ei toimi vissiin missään huoneessa, vaan ilmastoinnin ollessa päällä huonelämpötila laskee alle 20. Ryhmällemme oli 6 huonetta joissa kaikissa sama ongelma. Mukava hotelli, mutta mikäli Dubain palvelut kiinnostaa, niin matka Dubaihin kestää aina noin tunnin.

Nice lovely hotel, however the pool is not cooled in the summer so when the temperature was over 40 degrees outside, the pool was not comfortable at all

Generally very good. Restaurants need improvement.
Hotel was generally very good. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds were on the small side. Pool needs some work - to replace missing tiles etc. Loungers could be replaced as they look quite old. Food was ok, but service must improve. Buffet breakfast was (very) busy - no one offering tea or coffee, people asking to take spare chairs etc. A bit disorganised. Also lots of ladies walking around without masks on. Gioia restaurant was good but a bit on the expensive side for what was served. Pizza was sparse on toppings. Kid's sundae wasn't a sundae- it was a plate with two small scoops of ice cream (nothing else). Draft beer was Budweiser or Carlsberg - but it was served in random glasses (such as Bitburger, Heineken, Peroni etc) which didn't leave a good impression. Overall it was better than some of the other Fairmont Hotels I have visited, but its not in the same category as the One and Only, Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons.

Not what you expect from Fairmont
Overall it was alright but not at the level you expect from Fairmont. There's a lot of room for improvement; breakfast quality was relatively poor. More training is required for staff Btw, most of the guests weren't wearing their masks properly.

The Hotel was very good and no real faults. The only issue was the only bar available in the evening was the cave bar which was not somewhere as a couple we would use due to the smoke and also the ambience.

Small beach, few alternstive activities available
Unfortunately, the weather was bad during our stay and the hotel soes not offer many alternatives to the beach. The tennis court is closed and under construction. The spa however is top quality. Also a special thanks to security for helping us to search for our missing camera. Staff is highly professional.

A beautiful stay. I was upgraded to an amazing suite. Staff at the beach were very pleasant, particularly Jude. It was lovely to have a foot massage by pool after breakfast - very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet very good, but busy. Mr Khaled the Front Desk manager was very kind and pleasant, as was the lady who checked me in. Would definitely stay again. However, the Head of security was very rude and abrupt, which was very disappointing and not a great first impression of hotel! Also, in the Italian restaurant a 1.5l bottle of water was offered on the table, but it was chargeable! It was around £3 (15 AED) I took my own the next evening!!

Bad service and need renovation
The hotel facilities are very old and not maintained (especially the pool) The service in the restaurants were not good: a lot of mistakes and long waits The hotel is mostly fully occupied by the Russian tour operators so you feel the management is focused on short stay guests not looking for someone to come back. on the other side our suite was spacious and comfortable

Poor service.
Very poor service. At check in we were told the requested and booked bed was sold out and they basically didn't care. When asked for a manager that answer was just "he is over there". If you want to talk to him go there by yourself. "I don't care about you" attitude. Not even greeting us at the arrival. Check in staff was more about "let's get this done so I can get rid of them."

It was beautiful night and outstanding view of beach from my balcony the cleanse of room was superb, reception behavior was good but unfortunately WiFi was not working during my stay.
