Super locatie aan Dubai Marina, een zeer rustig hotel je hoort werkelijk niets super goed geïsoleerd ,ontbijtbuffet een aanrader, personeel super vriendelijk, er vertrekt ieder 15min een pendelbusje naar de royal meridien Hotel bij aankomst krijg je een towelcard en mag je gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van dit hotel 3 zwembaden en een groot privaatstrand, de drank die je hier neemt komt op uw hotelrekening te staan .

Our time at Grosvenor House was simply absolutely perfect! By far the most welcoming, unforced and complete service we have ever experienced anywere. The staff and facilities are absolutely wonderfull in where each individual goes the extra mile in order to let you experience your perfect vacation. Having the option to use the beach facilities of the sister hotel Royal Meridien is absolutely perfect, as the sun at the pool gets blocked in the afternoon. Extra shuttle services to the malls (in our case Mall of the Emirates) are easy to use and work great. The breakfast is simply amazing and the facilities in the room (for us serviced appartment) were great.

The hotel is excellent! What makes it excellent, apart from the great amenities and luxurious rooms, is the staff. I never experienced better service then at The Grosvenor House! My partner got sick on the day of our departure and nothing was to much trouble. I phoned the front desk and within 5 minutes a nurse was at our room. He eventually made an appointment for us to see a dokter at the Le Royal Meridien (sister hotel). We couldn't use the breakfast buffet the last morning of our stay because of the appointment so they packed breakfast for us. Because our transfer to the airport was leaving shortly after the dokters appointment they arranged for a car to take us back to The Grosvernor House and phoned the hotel so that they could inform the transfer company to wait for us. When we arrived back at the hotel they send a staff member up to our room to help with the luggage and already put it in the car when we were checking out. We couldn't thank staff enough! Their service is the reason we were at the airport on time. The rooms and amenities in the hotel are also excellent! The rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean! The spa is fabulous and open untill 10.30 pm. We used it almost every night and is included with your stay! The spa in tower on is devided in a section for men and a section for woman. The spa in tower two is for men and woman (this is the spa we used). They provide you with a locker, bathrope, slippers and towels.

Overlast werkzaamheden
Veel overlast van verbouwingswerkzaamheden in hotel tijdens verblijf. Dit een aantal keer aangegeven maar werd niets mee gedaan. De werklui zouden iedere ochtend pas om 11:00 uur beginnen, werd toegezegd maar om 8:00 uur werden we iedere ochtend wakker van harde timmergeluiden.

Heel goed hotel. Professionele en behulpzame staf en fijne kamers. Op paar honderd meter van de drukte van the wal en marina walk. Ideaal. Je bent er zo en toch geen overlast van alle mensen. Het ontbijt-buffet was echt heel goed. Mooi uitzicht vanuit balkon.

This luxury hotel is situated next to the beautiful Marina Walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay here. The concierge graciously upgraded our one king bedroom to a suite, inclusive of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening pre-dinner drink options at a very reasonable price. The buffet offered an incredible array of food options, with attentive waiter service. During our visit to Dubai to celebrate our engagement, the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful note and a customized chocolate cake. Our stay was immensely enjoyable and left a lasting impression. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to their sister property, Le Royal Meridien, which boasts fantastic resort amenities and complimentary services. We also had the opportunity to reserve a tennis court there.

Amazing hotel. Staff, faciltities, food - all great. The only downside to this property is the amount of people putting towels on loungers to reserve them, at the pool area, then leaving the pool for hours at a time. The pool staff try their best to stop this but the practice persists. Extremely selfish behaviour that could do with being rectified, asap.
