Niet zo mooi hotel en gelegen in business gedeelte. Niet makkelijk toegankelijk te voet wel mer taxi. Hele nacht ging d alarm af maar was niets aan de hand. Muf hotel veel indiers.

Our room cleaner Sharbin was excellent. Always went above and beyond to make our turn down service more homey. We never had to wait for an elevator although we were on the 24th floor. Convenient location to the metro.

Lovely hotel
We did not think the pictures gave it justice so was pleasantly surprised by the decor, staff very helpful & friendly and hotel was lovely and clean. We had breakfast and a couple of light lunches which we thought were good and reasonably priced. Pool is under cover but heated so comfortable, and daily towels provided by the hotel Security is also excellent, and the desk is staffed 24 hours a day Only two negatives the first being is this is a dry hotel so unfortunately we could not have a nightcap and there was no mention of this when we booked our trip, the second was that the pool snack bar was not open in the day so you had to take your own drinks/ snacks or trudge down to the ground floor shop/restaurant ( pool was on the 4th floor)

The hotel staff was good. Our bed was smelling so bad and we asked the to change bedroom blankets, they changed it immediately but again it smells and I wasn’t able to sleep and get headache because of this smell. Other issue I had with this hotel is that they asked us to give them money as deposit and they didn’t return it last day and said it is Dubai tax 😳. Just be aware of this when you are booking. They will not return your money😏.

Not so clean room
we stayed for five nights for the location and the bed. Though I turned on the button to order the room to be cleaned the room did not get surface cleaning until the fifth night/day. The bathroom sink and shower were not cleaned. the sheets were never changed for the entire time of our stay. I had to call twice for fresh towels and tissue paper. Furthermore, as we were packing on our last night which was also the only day the room was cleaned, we could not find the rayban sunglasses that we left on the desk. the management should better train the cleaning staff or hire a good one or pay them better.

As per our housekeeping records, the cleaning service was done 3 times during your entire stay and 1 service was declined as the ‘do not disturb’ (DND) sign was placed. However as per your observation, the cleaning was not up to the mark, for this our sincere apologies for the lapse in service. This is is certainly not the kind of experience we wish for any of our guest nor the last impression we wish to leave you with. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Tage im Park Regis Business Bay. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war Sauber. Dass Bett sowie Badezimmer Sauber. Roomservice war sehr gut. Wasser und Handtücher gab es immer Neu. Nebenan ist ein Kiosk da sind die Preise auch in Ordnung. Taxis fahren jede 5 Minuten. Insgesamt ein Super Hotel Preisleistungsverhältniss hat gestimmt.
