Mooi Zwitsers georiënteerd hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was goed, maar het ontbijtgedeelte kan druk en krap zijn aan het einde van de ochtend. De kamer was erg mooi. Locatie is prima. Metrostation ligt niet op loopafstand. De tours naar Abu Dhabi & Dessert Safari die wij hebben geboekt bij het hotel vonden wij heel erg tegenvallen. Veel onderdelen in het programma hebben wij niet gedaan of gezien. Weinig bedjes bij het zwembad. Qua kwaliteit/prijs verhouding is dit hotel zeker het overwegen waard.

Nice hotel but the manager was not flexible regarding my last minute change. I had an emergency and had to checked out 3 days prior, I therefore asked to get a credit since I had a trip coming 2 weeks later where I would use my 3 nights additional 2 nights that I would pay. But 0 flexibility from them which is sad because I would have been a loyal customer. Besides, as a VIP Platinum Expedia member, I didn’t receive any benefits!

Something kept hitting our window all night and day from outside, but when I mentioned it to the staff they didn't take my concerns seriously. There was also a problem with the water pipes in the hotel that made it very inconvenient for us to get dressed and leave for our activities on time. The curtains didn't close all the way so a lot of light from the neon signage next door to us can into our room. Not sure if we will ever stay at this hotel again. Wasn't the best experience at all.

The staff of this hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. The front office staff is terrible and the room service is shockingly bad. In Dubai you will find much better hotels with profesional, accommodating and friendly staff. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I had my ONLY bad stay in Dubai at this hotel. They absolutely need to step up their standards and improve majorly in costumer service.

Cute themed rooms. Nice view from 18th floor although hotel has an elevated expressway right in front. Good restaurant with good food and selection. Comfortable room but iffy water pressure and variable temperature too. Staff was very welcoming with giant smiles with every greeting. We would stay here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. The customer service was top notch. Cleanliness, prompt attention to requests and gourmet breakfast buffet were A+. The pool is small but very clean and well maintained.

Noisy stay a Revier hotel
I stayed one week for a business trip at Revier hotel, unfortunately the glass sliding door could not seal properly when shut, and the measured noise was of 50dBa all time with door shut, due to the proximity of the motorway and traffic. I asked several times the hotel to find a solution, but they were not capable to help which was very disappointing. I would not really recommend staying. The hotel otherwise is good but the location is a little strange and you cannot just walk out to a pedestrian street.

This hotel is one of the most recommended hotel. The facility is new and modern, The staffs are very friendly and kind, It is comfortable to stay, The one problem is transportation. It is relatively far from public one, so you may need taxi to reach there, but taxi itself in Dubai is cheaper than the other country, so you may not feel expensive anyway.

This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. The check-in process was a little strange because two people were helping at the same time. One sitting at a desk to the side of me and another was sitting in front of me.

The beautifully maintained pool and lounge area provide a perfect spot for relaxation. Even in the basic room, the stylish decor and comfort exceeded expectations, earning it a solid 5-star quality. The daily room service was impeccable, adding to the overall satisfaction of the stay. The only drawback is the location in Business Bay, which limits walkable options for cafes, restaurants, and beaches. However, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus service to some locations. In summary, Hotel Revier offers a truly great stay, showcasing 5-star qualities in services, quality, and comfort, with the only downside being the less walkable location. Nevertheless, the overall experience makes it a highly recommended choice for visitors.
