عدم مناسبت الفندق للسكن
الفندق لم يلبي اختياجاتي حسب طلبي حيث انني طلبت طلبات وعند الوصول لم اجد منها شيء كذلك الفندق قديم وايضا الانتر نت رديء الى ابعد الحدود ولا اوصي باختياره مرة اخرى

Hotel decent, just staff a bit simple problematic
Turned up early, to a very empty hotel, but still charged for extra few hours... when changed to original room, they didn't have that ready for extra hour, which was annoying.. so went back to first room!!! Complete joke... staff could of handled it better.. good location, facilities.. just dippy staff..

The apartment furniture was a little worn. The pool area seemed ok but I never got to use it. Room service food was very good and reasonable prices.

Vegetarian Food is well served too.
You have to book another room for your guest even if you are staying alone in double occupancy???

Bad and thief also.
The reception lady was so rude, and unfriendly. They are thief also. As they asked me to pay cash. Afterwards they deducted from my credit card also.

It was quite pleasant. The staff is friendly.
I stayed in a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. Very spacious. Good. View. The only downside was that the stove was dated. Housekeeping guys were good. The security personnel were very kind and helpful.

It was ok..but the condition of the bathrooms not good at all nd the smell on corridors is disgusting...kitchen condition too old for such a hotel...

good hotel
this is my second stay at this hotel, they have good big rooms and the hotel is located well if you want to be in bur dubai or 25 mins drive to jlt or dubai marina. the hotel can get noisy at times or probably we just had loud neighbors, all basic room amenities were available and you cannot expect more from a budget hotel, my experience was good

Still a good place to stay
Our stay was great. Room is very spacious, more than what we expect. It is clean. Reasonable price. Near shopping center and metro station. Though check in and check out process was a bit difficult. You need to wait since there was a queue. Food for breakfast is just fair.

Good location, good service.
All experiences are good, but only bad thing was we lost 2 smart phones in the room, when we found they lost and went back within 30 mins, one male receptionist couldn't allow us to go inside the room to check. We were sad.

Hotel tæt på lufthavnen og centralt beliggende.
Overordnet var hotellet meget fint at bo på. Værelset var dog noget slidt og billederne snyder en smule. Der er en god swimmingpool og personalet er serviceminded. Det var dog irriterende at der ikke var gjort klar til 5 personer (sengetøj) som bestilt. Det lykkedes først næste dag for personalet at skaffe en dyne og det var vel i virkeligheden fordi vi pressede på vi fik det hele. Restauranten som byder på indisk mad var billig men kvaliteten var svingende og til tider kom der kun lunt mad ind. Glas var heller ikke noget man kunne regne med at få. Hotellet er centralt beliggende og ligger ikke langt fra metroen som kører billigt til lufthavnen. Det lader til at hotellet satser på indere for der boede mange. Alt i alt en fin oplevelse men næste gang vil vi nok efter at have set på priser i Dubai vælge et nyere hotel.

주방용기 몇개 없고 더러움. 멀티탭 가져 오랬더니, 끝까지 가져오지 않음. 가위는 사용이 필요없게된후, 2시간만에 가져옴.

Very calm place and located well in Bur Dubai(proximity of the taxi, metro stations, bus, shops and restaurants Gymnasium, swimming pool and sauna are excellent Staff is friendly and accessible Sometimes, equipment misses for the kitchen but if you ask them, you receive them immediately

Séjour très agréable, dans un quartier animé et typique, à proximité de sites très intéressants ( musée, crique etc ...) 2h00 à 2h30 de piscine par jour sous surveillance constant. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr

Stayed 6 nights would NOT return NOR recommend it Pros: Rooms were huge and bed was comfortable Cons: Wi-fi terrible, Service was disappointing, bathrooms were disgusting and toilet leaking, pool was in a weird location and the house keeping was average.

OK, no more no less
Everything about this hotel is just ok, perhaps except for breakfast which is good for the price. Also the staff were helpful and courteous. Cleanliness is borderline acceptable, and better be improved. Nothing interesting close to the hotel, but the neighborhood is good and subway is not too far.

Excellent for family
We stayed for eight nights and everything was excellent. Apartment is clean, big and comfort, but need restauration. Pool is also big, clean with hot Walter. Breakfast was excellent, every day with buffet choice of food. Metro station Burjuman is 500m far from hotel. Nearby ( walking distance cca 1km ) are Dubai Museum, Old Souk, Al Bastakia, Abra dock. Next time I would stay again in same hotel.

Great value for a stay
Big bed room with big staying room with 2 bathrooms each with a bath, including a swimming pool and breakfast. That is too much for the price I paid!!

What nonsense

Nocturnal Noise
Room and facilities adequate. Noise at night time not appreciated. Rowdy and boisterous guests causing mayhem at 2am and 3am in the morning disrupts sleep. Enthusiastic maintenance work in the pool area at 5am not appreciated either. Not a venue I intend to return to.
