Vriendelijk personnel, goed ontbijt. Was niet vermeld dat het hele terrein niet rokende was, prettig voor niet rokers, minder voor rokers!!

The room was a nice size with enough storage / worktop space. Shower was above the bath, decent water pressure / temp. I particularly liked the little slippers. The courtyard setting was beautiful but we weren't that impressed with the food. Dinner was nice but tiny portions and very expensive. Breakfast was better, the best thing was they do gluten free bread. The restaurant was almost empty for dinner and breakfast as it was not peak season and it did feel a bit like the server was annoyed we were there, although they coped with the dietary req. Reception was very helpful. We didn't find the road-works an issue as the pathway alongside the hotel leads directly to the main bus stop towards Old Town (about 5-10 mins walk) and then the centre of Lapad is just beyond that. I would stay there again.

What an amazing hotel, the standard of service was excellent and the surroundings were beautiful. We travelled beginning of October and often had the pool to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff were incredible here, and the property was absolutely gorgeous. The marina is out front, and in the back is a very walkable neighborhood full of cafes, bars and a walking path with a perfect view of the sunset. The rooms were a good size, and nicely furnished. The hotel has several lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas which I enjoyed.

The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. However, this is certainly not a 5 star property. We were very disappointed not to be told in advance about the horrendous road works in front of the hotel making it inaccessible for taxis and as I was travelling with my parents who had mobility issues, this was not acceptable. The manager was very apologetic but the smell of the fumes as we ate breakfast put a dampener on the whole experience. Would be a great hotel apart from this but as I say, it is not 5 star!

The hotel is situated overlooking the marina entrance is very nice and when the road reconstruction is finished will be spectacular. Car access is easy and there is good public transport (bus) in easy walking distance. The property is an old Manor House beautifully renovated and with a limited number of rooms which are reasonably spacious and well presented. It is very comfortable throughout. Facilities are limited (no gym, spa or games facilities) but the pool and garden area are excellent. The property is kept meticulously clean. The staff are exceptionally helpful and extremely pleasant. Dining - Whilst there is a nice dining room if needed, we ate exclusively in the gorgeous front courtyard and garden. Breakfast is excellent, everything freshly prepared and with extensive choice. Dinner however is a disappointment and does not reach anywhere near the very high standard of the rest of the hotel. However, with many excellent restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance this was no problem. So, in summary, this is a great hotel for those wanting a quiet base in an excellent location to be looked after by a very attentive and professional staff. It would have merited 5 stars if the dining later in the day was the same quality as offered by the rest of the facility.

It was good for the most part. Service was efficient and mostly with a smile. Breakfast was pleasant but not amazing. Accommodation was neat and clean if a bit dated but not tired (was neat and clean). Centralish and easy taxi ride to the old town.

The room was huge and the hotel's building is from the 16th century so it's listed as a UNESCO heritage site. The receptionist is very helpful and knowledgeable of Dubrovnick. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is not up to par with the hotel. If you are looking for something chic, secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of the city and close to the marina, this is the best you can get!

Fantastic and charming.
Hotel Kazbek is a dream! It’s stunning and charming from the minute you arrive. It is quiet but close to the beach and restaurants, and a short car ride to the gates of Old Town. I loved every minute of my stay. The staff went above and beyond for me and I can’t say enough good things.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel de nuit, il est rustique et très beau. Petit complexe à taille humaine. Le personnel est une très grande gentillesse, nous avions eu un problème de réservation de voiture, ils ont pris le temps de nous aider à le résoudre. Le petit déjeuner est juste délicieux. This was our favorite hotel in Croatia! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so kind and helpful. Its in a good location with good restaurants nearby. You could also walk to Old Town in about 35 minutes or take a quick Uber ride. The breakfast was also delicous! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about the Kazbek was first class I can’t speak highly enough the staff service ambience and food were amazing I rarely leave a review but this time with the uncertainty due to Covid I thought I should relay my experience and reassure other guests that everything Is above and beyond such a high standard and perfect for a nice peaceful relaxing holiday

Stunning 5 star hotel
Quite simply this hotel is amazing. It’s very quiet and the pool is fantastic. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone. It really is like being in your own little paradise. The breakfast was incredible with a varied menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

Superb hotel
A perfect hotel, the staff were absolutely superb. Gorgeous rooms in an old 16th century former residence. Breakfast, including sparkling wine, on the terrace - a perfect way to start the day. Beautiful bedroom with luxury bath products. This is a superb hotel.

A quiet hotel outside the old town. Good to escape to after a hot day sightseeing. Uber about £4 to the old town or bus with tickets available at the hotel for £3 return.
