The large king size master (which was very nice) was too far away from the other rooms to work for our family with very young children. Hot tub was nice and easy to access.'

'This place was in an amazing location. It’s a short walk to Main Street and also lots of other spots in town and still felt pretty secluded away from the rest of the city. Instructions to find the home were easy to follow and the check in was super simple. Hot tub was amazing too. The TV had connection issues but honestly we were never there during the day enough to really care much about that.'

'Excellent accommodations with 3 bedrooms and all the amenities that one could ask for plus a bonus outdoor hit tub to soothe ones aching muscles after one or a number of days of skiing. Only 15 minute drive to ski area ; excellent location.'

'This was the perfect location for exploring downtown Durango- shopping, restaurants and museums as well as walking the Animas River bike path and climbing the sky steps to Fort Lewis College. The downtown retreat was also great just to read and relax in the sunny kitchen or outdoor garden space. We would definitely book this spot again.'

Kitchenwares, spices, sleds, extra blankets, etc., etc. The location is close enough to town that it’s easy to get around but remote enough to feel like you’re “away”. Beautiful views, gorgeous home. 'We had a wonderful time staying in Martha’s guesthouse. It was comfortable, well supplied, and quiet. It was perfect to come back to in the evenings to play games, and we enjoyed the country atmosphere that was close enough to town. Getting to milk a cow and feed a baby calf were just bonuses!
