'We had a large group for family reunion. We had rented many times but NEVER had a house so well equipped! We literally did not need to bring anything; especially kitchen items. It was just incredible! The grounds were stunning, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, incredible bbq area, SO many seating areas and just top quality! 'The house was in tip top form and delightfully appointed, very cozy. And within easy walking distance of Nevada City. Updated kitchen, outdoor deck. We had a wonderful time walking into town everyday where the people are friendly and the food is good. The only issue was getting the projection TV to work. It’s fabulous once you figure it out. What to know? You need to have the source on HTML2 and if the Sonos sound does not work, unplug Sonos and plug back in. Wait at least a minute. Have fun!'

'We only stayed one night and it was very comfortable. It is a tiny home as describe. This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nevada City....very short drive and very quite location. Host was very helpful and right next door.'

'The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations.'
