'We rented the house as a surprise to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We had 2 families with teens and young adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. 'Came into town for my doctoral graduation with my kids and sisters. This was a perfect place for us. Great location and size and so close to everything I needed to be near! Also, we managed to get locked out at one point and the hosts were so quick to help me get back into the house. Excellent stay!!'

'This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips.'

'We had a great short stay at this property. The fishing down at the creek was very good, caught a lot of fish and the dock was very stable and safe. The rest of the property is fantastic and there is plenty to walk around and see. The best part of the stay is how clean they keep the rooms, that is not always the case on these types of rentals, but everything was great. 'Definitely a good place for the family to stay on a game weekend… It was very spacious, easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Definitely needs a few more things added to the kitchen. Pots and pans were very worn out, stove was older, but got the job done. Also could have used a few more towels and washcloths in the kitchen and bathrooms. 'In town for a family birthday party and this spot was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a quick breakfast both days before heading out. The living room was cozy enough to catch Coachella late at night when we returned. The mattresses leave a little to be desired as they were not very comfy, but all in all a good stay.'

'I stay at this hotel when I visit my son in Manhattan. It is an older hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffing shortages sometimes affect maid service but I am ok with that as I don't like maids in my room when I am staying. I am an older woman traveling alone and have always felt safe in this hotel.
