'Loved the fuzzy rug in the bedroom. Place was full of livable charm and unique decor that made it feel personal and taken care of. Very quiet and serene space to spend a few days. Would've stayed longer if schedule and budget permitted. Only improvements would've been more workable kitchen and drying racks/hooks for towels in the bathroom. An easy fix so guests don't need to hang wet towels on doors, cupboards or chairs. Pans were also quite worn and I wasn't comfortable cooking with due to...

'Nice, modern, well designed loft. It is tiny, so not a lot of room for just chilling with friends. Everything was there that was needed. The host was responsive. It was only a short walk to great music and food.. Neighborhood is a little sketchy feeling with a scrap yard next door. But I never felt unsafe. Off street parking available which was super. I would stay here again.'

'Great location, within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Property was well kept and clean. Edwin and Mindy were extremely responsive and accommodating to ours needs. Would love to get a larger group together to stay again in the main house!.'

'The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!'
