'Hi, I thought the cottage was very nice. We had everything we needed. A big turn off was the smell that seemed to mostly come from the laundry area. It was a cross between mold and a dirty diaper. Perhaps it was the septic tank? The smell lingered through the whole stay. I hope it's an easy fix. But thank you for everything else. Crista Pell'

'Comfortable house, not huge, but nicely decorated. Host was very quick to respond when I had trouble with door code. The only con for us was lack of handrails on steps to exterior doors (front and back). Otherwise a great place to stay.'

'Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.'

'We have stayed in this little cottage several times now. Convenient location for visiting downtown New Haven. Bed is comfortable - kitchen small but it has what you need. Nice walking neighborhood if you have dogs. We will be back.'

'The beach cottage was perfect for our family. We were in Connecticut for a graduation ceremony with family coming from 3 different states. We were only 10-15 min from the university, had access to many restaurants and were able to relax and spend time together in a cozy,very well furnished and beautifully decorated home. It’s a lovely area to stroll around and a short walk to the beach. We sincerely recommended staying here, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.'

The property manager was very helpful and great communication. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but would've been a big bonus if we had. 'We had a beautiful time . Kids didn’t wanted to leave. Amazing views from house , mostly just hung out by the water, watched the birds, and enjoyed the amazing views of the sky. We will be definitely back.'

'We really enjoyed out stay. The suite was clean and spacious. Good wifi connection and enough parking spaces. Friendly staff and simple but good breakfast options. Only downside were the unclean carpets, when walking barefoot the soles of our feet turned black! '
