'We stayed at this property for 5 nights. Perfect size for the 3 of us. Hot tub was awesome. Everything was provided from trash bags to soaps and shampoos. The neighborhood was quiet. A great place to get a way from it all and explore Kentucky!!!'

'This is a fantastic house, great for a couple freinds or a pair of couples. The bedrooms are large, beds comfortable, and decent baths in each. The common room is spacious and the kitchen updated and modern. Location is great to walk downtown to restaurants and other shops. The one downside is the train. Train runs through Shelbyville all/most nights and blows its horn for several minutes each time. We didn’t notice the earplugs on the table in the entryway until cleaning up at checkout. It...

Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. 'The basics on the property were as expected. The snacks were a nice touch and the basics for the property were fine. The TV only had Roku, so any network TV, such as watching the World Series at night, couldn't be done. I've stayed at other VRBOs and they were upfront about the TV channels access. Letting the renters know upfront on the property summary that the TV is only Roku should be done. The property manual on-site is way out of date and held in a broken spiral notebook. It contains...

'We enjoyed our 3-night stay! Kerith was very responsive to our questions. I appreciated the wide varity of coffee options. The bed was a little soft for me and a little short for my tall husband, and the sound on the TV is a little fuzzy, but it was absolutely fine for a few nights. Loved all the cooking pans and being out on the patio. We had both extremes of heat and cold during our visit, and the central heat/AC managed it well. Glad we stayed there!'
