Anniversary weekend
Thank you for sharing your home with us and keeping it affordable so we could celebrate a weekend away! The townhouse was very clean, comfortable, spacious with great amenities! The spa room is a special treat. We arrived to check in after a two hour hike through Bushkill Falls, and relaxed eating our dinner outside on the rear deck with privacy. Sunday we slept til nine, we haven't slept in ..in years! We appreciated the 11 AM check out. We liked the atmosphere of the neighborhood and that this rental is an end unit and quiet. Communication with the owners was simply perfect. We look forward to renting again.

Great quiet get away with walking and hiking near by.
Beautiful wooded setting in quiet neighborhood. With restaurants and stores only a short drive away. House is fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable after a long day of hiking. The hosts were very friendly and responded promptly to any questions I had. Check in and check out went smoothly. Our stay was awesome!

Great condo!
We enjoyed our stay greatly! The condo was sparkling clean. Tom and Jola's communications were appreciated so we knew just what to expect. The property was conveniently located and served as a perfect home base for our explorations of the area, and the beds were comfy after hours of hiking. And most importantly to us, the condo is in a safe and quiet area. We look forward to staying here again!

This property location was ideal for our trip. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The layout of the home was comfortable. The home was well equipped for a longer stay. Comfy condo
Here for a late fall weekend. Well appointed condo in a good location to visit NE Pennsylvania and NW New Jersey. We did both. Wolf preserve and many waterfalls. Would definitely come back for skiing at Shawnee as well.

Love this place! The neighbor hood is quiet, it's close to many restaurants, there's hiking nearby and if you like to shop there are many stores and specialty shops. We'll be back again next year!

This unit might even look better than it does in the photos. I had zero issues with any part of my stay, but if i did the owners were one call/text away. Everything was perfectly clean and all systems/appliances were fully operational. The wifi was fast and everything was up with the times. Theres a cool sauna room with a hot tub and heater by the balcony. My girlfriend was very impressed. Would put this first on my recommendations list for sure!, this deal is a safe bet!

Great deal for home. It’s in a “townhome Ish” community in the Shawnee mountain area. Place is beautiful and clean. Small park located in community. Easy checkout procedure. Communicative hosts. Had an issue with pool access at resort area and they handled very well.

This was a great, quiet place for our family to stay! We were busy all day, spending time outdoors and enjoying the parks and recreation nearby. The unit was clean and offered everything one would need to enjoy a relaxing long weekend. Jola and Tom were great hosts and were always available to answer any questions we had. Super experience!

Property was easy to access and and communication was complete with everything you could possibly need for the stay. We particularly appreciated the full hard flooring instead of carpeting. It really sets this place apart both aesthetically as well as from a cleanliness perspective.

End of row town home, arrived to find well appointed, equipped, and clean property. Bedding was very comfortable. Plenty of room for a family. Location was good also, only a few minutes drive for essential shopping, and most major attractions are within a 30-45 minute drive. Check in is easy as long as you follow the hosts instructions. The townhouse was very clean and well lit. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all necessary items you would need. The living room couches are extremely comfy . We loved the "massive" Jacuzzi tub! Location was in a very quiet neighborhood and close to many attractions. We will definitely be back next year!

This lovely home was worth every penny and still reasonable. I had no issues at all. Check in was contact less which is a plus in covid time. I felt like I was at home. To be honest I was ready to move in and pay the rent lol. I asked if I could stay an extra day because I wasnt ready to leave but unfortunately someone else was coming the day I wanted to add on . I miss that place and I will be back. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay

I communicated the owner very easily. While we staying we used outdoor swimming pool and barbeque place. My kids loved so much.. it is very convenient place.. big supermarket, drug store 2miles away.. We would like to come back our next vacation for winter because ski and snow tube is right there too..

Family Summer Vacation
We just finished up a lovely family vacation and couldnt be happier with our stay at Tom and Jola's place! The location is great with it being minutes from both gas stations and grocery stores, as well as Shawnee if you were looking to ski in the winter months. The amenities and provided kitchen items made it easy and convenient to eat in when we wanted. The space is ideal and the photos are accurately reflective of what the interior and exterior look like online. It is perfectly located away from the busy main road and not so far out that you feel secluded - really perfect for a place to retreat after a busy day. Also, Tom was super helpful with our questions and very quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again!

Overall it was nice. Bath towels are not provided and not mentioned on website, cooking and serving utensils either. Minor things. Also, house set up isn't toddler friendly. Location is great. Quiet and relaxing, lots to do in the area. The owners are wonderful people. Communication was on point at all times. My husband left his wallet, they contacted me immediately and shipped it to me. Definitely would recommend.

Greatly appreciate your feedback and bringing the missing utensils to our attention. We have since replaced and made sure that our kitchen has everything needed to serve the meal. The information on our website is correct, and we now provide towel for each guest. The issue was that at the time when you traveled we were in the transition, and you happen to be the last guests with out towels, but the listing was already updated for the future guests. I’m very sorry that you missed our communication advising you to bring your own. We also advise all our guests that our house is a regular house and doesn’t provide any toddler specific protection on like child proofed cabinets, stair or window gates. Thank you for being our guests and we look forward to hosting you again soon and making sure that you’re fully satisfied .

This place is great. There are not that many options for lodging in East Stroudsburg. This will cost you the same as a Hampton Inn type place. Its SO QUIET. I don't think i heard another person. The whirl pool is right off the bedroom and its awesome. I went hiking and came back and it was perfect. I didn't even know about the whirl pool. The bedrooms are very nice. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 downstairs. The AC works VERY well. It was 98 F when I arrived. It was cold inside, upstairs was the same as my house at home when its 98 F. The owners are really on top of things. They email you all the details. They are strict, but that is what I like. I don't want to stay at a party house. The place is nice, because they are strict. If you are looking a place to party, don't choose this place. Its a family neighborhood. All appliances work well. Washer dryer is great for towels and bathing suits. Small loads. I wish this family all the luck with their rental. I will be back many times.
