This hotel definitely gives motel vibes. The rooms are run down and smelly. The bathroom door had multiple holes in it. Check in was at 3pm our room wasn't ready until 5pm. You had to ask for wash cloths and towels and you would walk pass random rooms and the doors would be open. They had signs about police which makes me think drug trafficking is a thing here.

No iron in room. Asked multiple times. Eventually waited at front desk and they found a spare. Then back at room the ironing board was broken. Fitness center locked with padlock - manager said doing repairs. No coffee made in reception area in morning - the help said they were "running behind" on coffee. Dialing 0 didn't from room didn't seem to go anywhere - had to call front desk with personal phone.

I would not recommend this place. The TV had very limited channels. My husband and daughter stayed too. We asked the front desk if they could provide an extra towel and they said they didn’t have any. None of us ended up taking showers there because when my husband went in the shower, a silverfish named Jorge was in there first. Jorge was smashed. There are plenty of other places around the area, that have better ratings.

This place looked like a welfare motel. It took almost 40 minutes to check in. Staff was overwhelmed. The entire floor reeked of smoke. After i checked in, the room was never cleaned again. No fresh towels. Seemed like families were staying there long term. Will not go back

Just gross. Our first room had an overflowing toilet. My feet stuck to the floor. The shower was black. Our second room was slightly better but my feet still stuck to the floor. Never again. You get what you pay for and it was cheap.

Barking dogs and it was loud outside the door. Everyone who walked by was having a conversation. We needed more towels and waitstaff delivered them immediately. The reviews kind of freaked me out as far as cleanliness and safety, but it was fine. It was a cheap stay.

It was about what I expected. The only things that I didn't like were that they wouldn't hold a room for you. We paid for the room two months in advance. We told them at the time that we would arrive around 2:00 am. We told them again a few days before we came, and again a few hours before we came. Nevertheless, when we arrived, they said that they were about to give away our room to a person who had just called to ask for a room. I also didn't like that the room smelled of smoke and had an ashtray, even though it was non-smoking, and that the room was too hot, even with the heat off. Overall, the room and the hotel were ok. It was reasonably quiet, clean, and safe. The price was very good.

This property is “police friendly” meaning this hotel is a crime hot spot. It smelled smokey and dated. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The bathroom was small and did not seem clean. The water was hot though. We did check for signs of bedbugs, and did not see any. The man that checked us in at the desk was fine. We did survive the night, but next time, I would spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

I booked 3 weeks prior to my stay and paid extra for non smoking room because my room has asthma. The owner called me 3 days before my trip to Confirm that we were coming because they are overbooked. We arrived at 3pm to check it. The room was not ready. We waited u til 3:30. When we get to the room, it s still dirty and the lady just started cleaning. They gave me a smoking room and they are fully booked. We had to stay and had no choice . It s a very bad experience and disappointed.
