'The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed!'

'Very happy with the house. It was VERY clean and well kept. The passwords all worked for entry and for the internet. I know it sounds stupid but it was important for us. The location is very nice and there is a good amount of privacy. The trails are literally down the road, in fact, you pass them both on your way into the property. We had a small problem with an electrical cord, it was addressed immediately. Great place all around. We are planning to stay there again in July, if that says...

'House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Caretaker Pete was the best part of this house, he lives across the street and is very very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is rough however he reassured us we were good and all our property would be safe and it was. We went to WV to ride the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system, it was amazing!!! Suggestion for home owner, its time for curtains and a couch.'

'Loved the safe location and clean house. Owners were very accommodating and kind people. Would recommend this house and will probably stay here again in the future. Close to town of Man and a grocery store and restaurants. We rode the trails all week and we're blessed by the beauty of the mountains!!!'
