This is a budget property. No carpet and no bedside lamps. No toiletries in the bathroom. But the bed and bedding were very good. Excellent tv and wifi, and a big mini fridge. Overall good for a budget motel and I would be happy to stay here again. Laminate floor was in good condition and walls look recently painted. Nice front desk people. AC/heating worked well. Room had microwave. Room could use a second desk chair. Recommended.

Hi Lavern, I do apologize for the confusion with your reservation. I was on the other end of the phone with the front desk agent as she worked quickly to resolve this issue and get you into your room right away, even though you were cursing and yelling at her. I noticed she did apologize to you for the confusion when she handed you the room keys, so you could go rest after a long day of travel. Our staff is working hard to train and always learning new ways to understand guests so they can have a great stay.

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. We stayed in winter so the pool wasn’t open I don’t have a review of that. The bathroom was questionable at best. I actually went out and bought my own cleaning supplies and air freshener for the room. The tub was quasi clogged so a military shower was necessary so that I wasn’t just standing in water (even though I still was). I stayed with a child. I used antibacterial fabric spray on the beds and pillows. The sheets had some stains but I believe they were clean. One of the bedspreads had a cigarette burn in them. Just had an overall smell. But the Roku was great and the heat was phenomenal. So it wasn’t terrible and for one night it was doable.

The “front doors” to the rooms don’t open with key cards So you must use the sketchy back entrance for first floor rooms. The room itself is a dirty jail cell. Nothing was clean. Was afraid to touch anything. Smelled horrible of cigarettes. Hair in the beds that looked like pubes although the manager said was the maids as of that makes it much better. Hopefully can stay far away from this place for good. The guy at the check in was nice and pleasant.

The shower wasn't ver clean. It took forever to get barely warm water. They did not clean our room while we were gone yesterday. But I do have to say that the guy that was on duty the night we checked in was very nice and helpfull.

Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The Hotel, together with Expedia Advertised the hotel as 3.5 miles away from JFK airport. After booking, I came to find out that the hotel was more then 40 miles away. I reached out to Expedia and they told me that the hotel refused to issue a refund. I feel like I was Cheated by both Expedia and the hotel.
