'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay. 'Hotel was lovely very new and modern the staff were great but the food was very expensive and not a lot - steak and potatoes lovely piece of steak and 2 halves of potato not worth the money would not eat. 'Easy check-in and check-out, helpful staff at the reception, good breakfast buffet. Great location near the train station. Only one ride from the hotel to Haneda airport, very convenient. Also, walkable to the boardwalk park. The only downsides were the room was small, the bed and pillow were hard, but will do if staying there for a night or two.'

'It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule.'
