We where hoping on a quiet stay, on our arrival the room we paid for was not available. The staff told us if we wanted to change we could at any time. When we got to the room the room we where given it had dirty stains in the carpet floor and when we wanted to switch rooms they told us that it was not possible. The hotel looks great from the lobby but we where disappointed about the rest.

Snelle incheck service. Nette en ruime kamers. Ontbijt was goed. Bar ook. Verbeterpunt vlekken op het tapijt in de kamer verwijderen en muren moet ook geverfd worden. Ik vond het jammer dat ik een kingsize bed hebt gevraagd. Ik heb het niet gekregen. Jammer

Alles waar andere hotels minpunten voor krijgen, had dit hotel. Overal stopcontacten, grote handdoeken, een fijne badkamer, netjes, milieu vriendelijk, fijne parkeerplaats etc.

Hoge verwachtingen van het ontbijt zijn helaas niet waar gemaakt. De keuze is beperkt en wordt heel slecht aangevuld. Geen verse broodjes meer maar dan om vijf voor 10.00 nog wel ff aanvullen om daarna om 10.00 alles weer weg te halen. Deur naar badkamer is idd een rare maar niet overkomelijke gewaarwording . Weinig privacy

Hartelijk dank voor uw feedback. Het is spijtig dat de keuken niet op tijd extra broodjes had kunnen maken, ik zal er voor zorgen dat dit beter wordt gepland. Hopelijk was het ontwerp van de badkamer deur geen hinder en we verwelkomen u graag terug.

Comfortabel en goede startlocatie met huurauto.
Ruime kamers, vriendelijke ontvangst, gelegen op ongeveer 35 minuten met de bus naar centrum Edinburgh. Dagkaarten voor de bus a 4 pond in hotel beschikbaar. Gratis parkeren ideale start als je huurauto hebt, ligt op 15 auto minuten van vliegveld. Kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie badkamer, ruime goede bedden. Smakelijk ontbijt is de 10 pond waard. Veel zitruimte in lobby.

The customer service is amazing! Mathew was the best! He told us how to use the bus to downtown Edinburgh and the tram. He had great pub recommendations too. The only drawback is the pillows we're too hard.

Quick check in. Wheelchair friendly and the room was accessible. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Food was a bit over priced for what it was but ok. Bus stops close by so easy to get to the city centre.

The hotel is not near anything-petrol, food, etc., but within 5-10 minutes driving. We stayed only for one night prior to a flight. The hotel is modern and the room was spacious. My only complaint is that I do not understand the design of frosted glass doors and walls for a bathroom. The bathroom doors had inch wide openings, which leaves zero privacy. I could see the TV from the shower through the crack. A design I’ll never understand and don’t know how it caught on.

This hotel has a modern, warm feel. The staff are fantastic. The standard king room was immaculate and spacious. The bar and restaurant area is nicely spaced giving privacy. The food and drink are reasonably priced and high quality. The breakfast is certainly worth booking. Staff will share their recomendations for things to do in the city centre. We went for the Christmas market. There was a taxi organised by the hotel to make things even more convenient. I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Parfait pour rester dans le secteur
Hôtel impeccable si vous devez aller dans le secteur. C est très rapide pour obtenir un taxi sinon. Je trouve la carte du restaurant un peu light mais très bonne. Le personnel est très aimable.

Disappointed
Put into a disabled room that had not been fully cleaned, used tooth brush and other rubbish in bathroom bin. Teas and coffees had not been replenished and there was no hair dryer in the room. Spoke with reception who were plesent but no apology, stating the hotel was fully book citing the reason for us being placed in a disabled room, but there after offered us a twin room which we politely declined. Overall a disappointing stay.

Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we thought we were booked at the Marriott Courtyard near City Centre. We were able to enjoy the city despite this.

The hotel is in a quiet location. Though it is far from the city, there is a bus stop just nearby the hotel, so very convenient to travel to and from the city. Small room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The half opened shower door causing trouble as the bathroom floor easily got very wet.
