We did have to wait at check around 30 minutes, the only person working was also the shuttle driver and there was noone to check in as we arrived. Once the attendant returned it was fine.

It was decent. The hotel itself, sits back from most of the restaurants, but was not far. I would’ve given them a 4 star if the receptionist (Pamela I think her name was) wasn’t so rude. She acted as though she hates her job and it came through in her customer service, which was terrible. I encountered her 2 more times after checking in, still awful. Bad customer service will keep me from an establishment before, location and amenities.

We have to change room for 3 times. Told the front desk we want to be away from elevator but she gave us a room next to elevator. The second time, A/C is super old with a lot of noise. The light on night stand didn't work. The third time, AC is fine, light works but the faucet on the bathtub is in poor condition and leaking as well. The front desk lady is like ice lady, not too much respond for the issue, can not even say hello to customers.

Room had no hot water. Asked for another room, night attendant said he couldn’t as the only available rooms were in a different price tier. Called hotels for a refund and they would not do it as the manager at the hotel stated that we had hot water. I’ll never stay again and am starting to 2nd guess using hotels anymore since they sold out.

Didn’t have key cards for rooms so desk person had to let you in each time you exited. Broken tiles in bathroom, Stains on couch and carpet. Bed and begging were nice though. Breakfast was just ok.
