'This house is absolutely adorable, it has so much character and charm. I've stayed at tons of rental houses but this truly felt like staying in the guest house of a good friend - it is so well appointed, has everything you need, and is really spacious. Rethann is such a sweet and considerate host that goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcomed. The house is tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water. It is in a great central location with easy access...

'Nice place but the yard was not maintained at all. The third bedroom is not remodeled to match the rest of the home. If you are bothered by gunfire there is a lot of it going on around the property. I do not know if there is a gun range close by or not. None of this was a big deal to us but just want others to be aware.'

'The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

'This place was awesome for us- we had to come on short notice with a 7 year old and a 3 month old and it was so easy to take care of our family while we stayed here. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was decently stocked, the crib was awesome, and the country setting was perfect. Will return in the future if we need a place!!'

'We arrived at the place to find that the owner was there and that as she had canceled when I did not have any notification, Vrbo assured that I actually had my reservation and everything in order but this woman decided to cancel at the last minute. So very bad experience.'

'Great house, the owners, Micheal/Leah had everything prepared when we arrived. We had 12 guys there for a golf tournament near by, Micheal even set up a small driving range for us off the back porch, a mini “Top Golf”. Beautiful property, especially at night with all the lights around the property.'

'Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. '
