'We had a fantastic time at Radio City Apartments on our trip to New York. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, a lot is just walking distance. We had the penthouse, which was very spacious, clean and had everything. Thank you for an amazing stay!'

'Unclear about extra fees and charges before checking in. There’s a charge for parking at $15/night. Deposit is $50/night. None of this info was disclosed on hotel website or third party one. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Dishes were dirty, no ice machines in hotel where they offer kitchens. Had to switch rooms first night due to them being unprepared n not having the proper equipment needed to remove extra lock. Just a lot of inconveniences that could of be avoided if proper...

'Fue muy agradable estar en este hotel. Es como un departamento, 2 dormitorios con comodas camas. Una cocina con hornallas y horno, Microondas, Heladera grande con freezer, vajilla completa y hasta un lavavajillas! Muy comodos loa 3 estuvimos. Muy recomendable el hotel, buena atencion, checkout a las 11, Estupendo!'

'Nice small hotel near citifield. Good location. Nearby parking. Room was small but good enough for quick one nt stay. AC barely worked but the woman at desk tried her best. Hotel was booked so we made do. Water pressure in shower was nonexistent. '

I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).'

Met oudjaar in hippe bar Bar Belly gezeten, erg vriendelijke bediening, maken een praatje met je, gezellig! Hotelkamer is leuk, hip gestyled, lekker bed, prima badkamer, maar wel kleine kamer. Maar waar niet in NY... Douche zou iets hardere straal kunnen hebben. De kamer van de kinderen was iets te koud (was - 15 graden Celsius buiten) maar er werd...

'Communication was very good with the office. When we arrived room was ready and clean. Basic amenities was available, enough towels, washing liquid , toilet roll. We had a late check out and the office have a baggage hold facility which was very helpful. The internet is very slow at no fault of the building but they sent maintenance to take a look at it. Room has AC which was great after long shopping sessions to come back to a cool room. Location is very good, right next to all main landmarks...

'Yulia was great and stayed in communication regarding all aspects of the stay. The property was charming and there was enough sleeping accommodations for 5 people comfortably. The location was safe and security was on-site and aware every time we passed through. We checked in after midnight and had 0 issues and checked out similarly without. The location was midtown and made access to tour easy. There were also no homeless lingering around the property which we did see throughout many areas...
