'A group of friends met up in Mt Airy to celebrate all of us turning 40 this year. The location of the house was perfect and quiet. We attended a concert at the amphitheater that was within walking distance, was able to walk to Wally's to ride in the Andy Griffith patrol car, enjoyed walking and shopping downtown, and went to a winery for a wine tasting and lunch. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated. Check in and out was a breeze and we all are looking...

'I have been in real estate for 37 years and this property was beautiful. The scenic view from the covered porch and the inside was as comfortable as staying in your own home (very comfortable). The location is just 10--15 minutes into downtown Galax but being in the peaceful setting was more than anyone could ask for.
