With this being a holiday weekend it was hard to get an ac tech out but the host sent a maintenance guy out and he give it a very good afford to help us. Owners are so responsive! The bad: Only issue I can say is the showering situation! Hot water doesn’t get much better than barely above warm and that last for about 5 minutes for a shower. 'Our host "Larry" was awesome and we enjoyed 3 weeks of time in southern Alabama. Quiet and secure location and easy drive to any store or restaurant. Golf course nearby and we loved our neighbor "Joyce".'
