'Have wanted to visit Sanibel for long time & this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed & a great location - close to the beach. Was able to see manatees at the end of the garden - which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.'

'Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.'

'The property was true to the pictures. Very nice layout. We had everything we needed. They had a bottle of Champagne and chocolates waiting for us to help celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to have the outdoor cooking and eating area. We especially enjoyed the Lanai, pool and watching the sunsets on the dock every night.'

'Es ist ein kleineres Haus älterer Bauart, was durchaus seinen Charme hat. Sehr gute Lage - alles schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Wohngegend. Buchungsabwicklung absolut problemlos und seriös. Das Highlight ist der tolle Poolbereich! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte in größerem Umfang ersetzt werden (Master-Bad, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Türen Einbauschränke ...). Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz auf einem aktuellen Stand (z.B. gibt...

'House was everything as advertised. TV had all the apps. The pool was quiet and private. Wendy was great and checked in with us to make sure all was well. I would rent it again for sure.'

'We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

'Loved the canal front property, the privacy of the house with the pool, the cleanliness of the house and the helpfulness of the property management staff. The only thing that took us by surprise was that the property was charging us for electricity. We didn't notice it in the listing (may have missed it) but saw it in the communication when the property details were sent to us. This is the first time we've had to pay this but have heard from other vacation home owners that many renters are...

'Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.'

'This is a great family property. Fun for my entire family. (from 2 to 77) The only disappointment was that the grill was rusted out so we did not use it but no big deal. We would rent the house again.'

'This home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, lots of different sitting areas, and a well appointed kitchen. The lanai and pool area were fabulous! So many ways to enjoy the outdoors whether you wanted to be in the shade, in the sun or watching the large TV. We would love to stay here again. Shopping and many dining venues close by.'

'Hyatt Coconut Plantation is een absoluut top resort . Geweldig complex met veel groen . Onze dochter van 5 heeft zich geweldig vermaakt in de zwembaden . Vooral de Lazy River vond ze super ! Grote , schone kamers met een lekker ruim balkon . Service is ook geweldig . Ik zou zeker terug gaan naar Coconut Plantation ....!'

'Wat een fijn hotel. Fietsen die je (gratis) drie uurtjes mag meenemen om door het stadje te toeren. Super centraal gelegen. De service bij aankomst was geweldig. Een dame met knot was super vriendelijk en regelde dat we nog snel een hapje konden eten ondanks dat het laat was. Groot contrast met de dame met lang grijs haar die ons uit checkte. Nogal een kil afscheid. '
