There’s plenty of appliances (including coffee pot and French Press), and plenty of places to sleep for everyone. A life saver having a washer and dryer (you may need to bring your own detergent). We had a smoke alarm chirping when we arrived due to a low battery, but...

'I chose the property on a quick visit to Fort Worth to move my son out of TCU. The property is clean and close to the university with easy access to everything. Hosts were very kind and had great communication. It’s small but has everything you need for a nice stay including easy off street parking.'
