'We had a wonderful time during our stay in Eureka Springs. The accommodations were comfortable. Its an historic building, original floors and a few upgrades. The location is perfect. A short walk gets you to most of the shops and eateries downtown; and a short drive gets you to many of the attractions. We enjoyed evening walks, chatting in the park and people watching as they walked by the unit. I love reading and I love books. There is a wall of books. Name the genre/subject. You will find it!...

'Right off the main strip. Parking right at the entrance of the house. (Around back) Welcoming and warm inside the house. The bedroom facing the street had lots of windows to let the light in, a TV with cable/satellite and a nice porch (slight slant forward) for morning hot tea. The street is below, so it can get loud in the morning. The middle room had a TV for video games, one large window and no door. The bathroom was big and the tub was huge. (Washer and dryer included along with bottle soap...

'Really enjoyed our stay. The property owners/managers were very helpful. We had to do a room switch due to unforseen circumstances and it was done with ease. Location is great. There is a trolly stop right out the front door. Ill for sure be back.'

'It was excellent once we found it because we arrived in the dark and couldn't read the street signs..and a drunk driver backed up into the parking lot missing us by inches upon arrival.'

'The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!'

'The suite had a really comfortable bed, a shower with good water pressure, coffee & tea right outside the door, & close to town parking. I also enjoyed the chairs on the balcony. The stairs down to the parking area made me huff & puff but at least it was free. This visit was really enjoyable & I would stay here again.'

'The host let us know this property had recently been renovated, and I have to say they did a fantastic job! I went with a friend for an event in town but will be back with the family. Can’t say enough about the charm and cleanliness of this place. The on site host was also amazing! 10 out of 10. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Eureka Springs area.'

'This was the perfect property for what we needed. It had 3 beds which allowed me and 2 other adults to have our own sleeping quarters. There was a great sitting room for us to visit between wedding activities. Location is great and in close proximity to downtown Eureka Springs.'

'This is a very cute house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathroom…so many towels which is unusual. Perfect for us girls. The beds are very comfortable including the bunk bed room with full size beds. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only negative thing I can say, is we could not turn the ceiling fan off in The master without turning the light off and it was too cool to run the fan and the window to the right side if the bed needs to be sealed because wasp were coming in!...

'The property was as described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location of the property was within walking distance of the main strip. This is a bottom unit. The people above us were extremely loud. We reached out to the host at midnight and they took care of it immediately. It is also pet friendly so you may have to listen to pets barking and jumping around above you. The host is great and we enjoyed our stay. If we return we would definitely book an upstairs unit.'

'It's a quaint little house with a very historic look, though the rooms were smaller than we anticipated. However, we were in one of the only rooms that had it's own bathroom, so there are no complaints there! It's also a little difficult to get to if you decide to walk around town instead of drive.'

'Miss B the caretaker was amazing!!! She makes the most delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed spending time visiting with her. I felt like I was leaving family after a short visit. Highly recommend!'
