Close to Boeing. Its not safe and secure. Gate entrance appears to be broken and maintenance is non apparent. This place need to be remodeled and change of staff. Customer service is pretty dreadful.

The staff and the property of the hotel was fantastic. The parking was easily accessible. Rooms had full kitchens and access to kitchenware on request. However, the breakfast was little to nothing. Just one shelf with coffee and bags of oatmeal. As well there were other people staying in the hotel with pets that were barking at late hours of the night.

It's great especially for the price, my daughter and I are homeless due to unfortunate circumstances and all the shelters are full so we've been staying at hotels when. We can buy this was the first one with actual space I was looking forward to letting my daughter run around. At about 11 I get a bang any the door; about a noise complaint my daughter is 2. And I never received any calls from the front desk asking to be quiet before coming to the door. I thought that was a little excessive but other than that it was great.

It felt like we were in the middle of a homeless camp. First clue should have been the gated security going in and out. Felt a bit excessive. My guess is that they've had problems in the area. Security is tight, so we didn't feel unsafe, but my wife would NOT have stayed there by herself.

Staff was helpful and polite. Floors and elevators were filthy. Carpets should have been changed years ago - disgusting. Hallways had a weird smell. Hotel was overbooked according to multiple front desk employees. First room we were put into was in awful shape: no linens, dehumidifier in the room and still running, pile of towels with brown mystery stains… front desk moved us to another room which was appropriate, but that room wasn’t completely good either: no pillows or towels. The front desk was very upbeat cheery and kind so we liked that they were so helpful. The room and service wasn’t that great. Not sure if they were understaffed or busy, but our room was mostly clean but the made wasn’t made. Smelled a little musty as well but older building. To get there is quite difficult because it’s right off the freeway. Convenient, but a lot of traffic.

First night was ok other than the smell of smoke and something else funky (mildew?). The next morning, I went out front to smoke and was smoking where I had seen everybody else smoke. The assistant manager, Ebtisam Shkukani, came outside and got very close to my face and was screaming at me about smoking. I tried to explain to her that I was smoking in the same spot that everyone else was, and where would she like me to smoke? She proceeded to walk away so I just stopped smoking and went back to my room. On my way back into my room, she wanted to know my room number. I would not give it to her as I was in fear of what she was going to do. Later that afternoon, I went to the store and when I came back my key did not work. I buzzed to be let in the front door and the person that was working at the front desk let me in. I went up to my room and could not get into my room, either. I went back down to the front desk and the person at the front desk gave me a new key card. Around 4:00 in the morning, I received a knock on my door. It was my abusive ex boyfriend who had somehow found out what hotel I was staying in and who I have a no contact order with. This person had not only been buzzed in by the front desk, but apparently have been given my room number as there is no other way he could have found out. He continued to bang on my door, yelling and screaming and actually kicked my door in when I was on the phone with 911. He was arrested and the next morning, I was told to leave.

Service dogs were apparently not accepted. I have seizers and I have 2 service dogs, I was still told I had to pay a 30$ fee for each dog. That is not refundable.

No breakfast other than a couple of instant oatmeal packets on the coffee stand that was promptly removed at whenever-the-hell-I-want o'clock. Had a kitchen without any utensils, but they were available at the main desk..but no notes pointing you in that direction. No ice machine, but there were ice trays available if you asked for them. No pots and pans to use on the stove, so really all there was for kitchen appliances was a fridge and a microwave. Had to access the parking lot by using the room key, but that never worked, you had to push the intercom button and the gate would open. Exit gate was automatic. Some guy out in the parking lot every night walking around smoking cigarettes, I am guessing he was "security". Won't stay here again.
