Floors and halls dirty Stayed six nights hall never vacuumed Doors and floor dirty in room. I had to clean the floors especially around bed area dirty and sticky. Bathroom door sticky and dirty. In room refrigerator smelled like sour milk had to keep closed and not used. Reported and nothing done. Parking lot garbage never picked up during my entire stay.

It says there is complimentary breakfast with the stay, which is a lie. The night shift front desk guy sat at the desk all night on his phone. Didn’t greet any guest passing by. Also, he wouldn’t get me any hot water for tea, which he told me wasn’t available. I know for a fact he could have got up and got it for me because the guy that checked me in did. One of the worst places I’ve stayed. Room was gross, floor was sticky and over all felt dirty.

My credit card was charged $100 inappropriately. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, cancel my card and get a new card. The floor was sticky and the tub wouldn’t drain. First motel I have ever been to that didn’t supply coffee in the morning. Also, note that Expedia is a rip-off!

This place has really improved recently. We've stayed here before and there was just shrugging when we asked about a gym or breakfast, both of which they advertised. We have a nice, convenient room and the check in people were friendly.

The front staff were polite but I think this Inn is actually being used to home the unhoused of Everett and as such the management no longer cleans or cares about the facilities. It’s really gross, locks of rooms busted off, sticky floors, disgusting bathrooms. Thin walls and a lot of night time action. This hotel really shouldn’t be on Expedia as a safe place to stay. The pictures are nothing like reality.

The parking lot had trash scattered all around it. The staff there were not friendly although they weren’t mean either. They just didn’t go above and beyond for customer service. The room was a nice size and allowed for pets. However there was garbage left in drawers and I found an earring in our bed that had been there awhile which makes me think they didn’t change the bed from the previous guests. The internet/tv were aweful. All in all we felt safe but not the cleanest place to stay.

Everywhere was dirty, lobby, hallways and the rooms. Photos on expedia (and the hotels direct website) are misleading. Including the free breakfast, there is no free breakfast. They claim the just started Reno’s on the breakfast room, but now looking back on google reviews, they’ve been “renovating” the space for 6 months. First room we were given (302), had a broken door lock with garbage stuffed in it. Went back to the lobby to switch rooms and the front desk staffed seemed annoyed that I wanted a new room and the one worker was adamant they inspected the room. Second room we were moved to (311), beds were clean (thankfully), but the floors weren’t, there was toothpaste/soap splashes all over the sink walls, the light around the mirror didn’t work and the floor wasn’t very clean. Upon checkout, the front desk staff didn’t care it was dirty, nor did they care that we were annoyed about the breakfast. Offered us a discount to come back, won’t be stepping foot in their hotel again. Book somewhere else.

Didn't like the place at all. It was probably my fault for choosing to stay here. I thought Red Lion Hotels were supposed to be nice, but I guess that was years ago.. I know the staff were fine and the place seemed clean. But it was a big open space. Had to ask to borrow a hair dryer. No clock, 1 tiny soap, total -- not enough to shower with. Saw several people bring in their dogs. Not a fan.

I was taking a chance on staying at this particular hotel for a second time, Because the first time did not go so well, but this time I didn’t even make it in past the clerks desk because my boyfriend is on a do not rent list, but nobody can tell me why Dating don’t even have a reason why in their system and they can’t even tell me when I could meet with the managers to discuss on getting it removed because they don’t know when they ever come in and they have no idea on how to reach any of them

Tub was clogged, under the cushion of the chair with filthy, bedding hadn't been changed. My itinerary was for a single king bed room and I was given a double queen room because all the single kinds were "not clean" by check in time. The third floor stunk when I got out of the elevator, the hotel is in a known high traffic drug use area. There was a man possibly overdosing on the corner who I called in to 911. Just a shady hotel all around. Had to pay a cash deposit and the front desk worker didn't want me to walk through the room with him so we could agree on the condition I left in. There were burns in the floor from meth pipes or cigarettes. It worked for the night but not worth 85 dollars. If you stay there, lock your doors and bring your valuables in from your car. Last time I stayed there some drugged out woman broke the passenger window out of my car.

I’ve stayed in a handful of red lion inn sweets and this one by far was the worst . The location sucks , tons of people doing drugs around the area and facility. There was no breakfast, the coffee in the hallway was moldy and not kept up. I’m very disappointed….

When I was checking in two vagrant people were causing a scene in the lobby about being able to rent a room hourly. Very obviously solicitating illegal activities. Made me very uncomfortable and question the safety of the hotel. My room was far from clean, lots of cobwebs, debris on the floors and smudged windows and mirrors. Granted, its not a high end hotel but, its definitely not of quality

1. People appear to be living out of their cars in the hotel parking lot. 2. Desk staff is aloof and unhelpful . 3. Generally dirty (visible stains on the curtains and sheets, floor of the room is somehow sticky) 4. TV does not work and instead displays a “poor signal” message. 5. A dog is howling somewhere in the hotel at 10pm. This has been going on for 45 minutes.

We never even went inside to check in - we felt unsafe in the neighbourhood - too many homeless people and two of them ran out infront of our car in dark clothing and we almost ran over them. There was a girl in the parking lot that was high on something and my daughter started to have an anxiety attack....so we drove to another town to find a different hotel.

My wife and I waited 45 mins for checked in as a school baseball team was trying to check in before us, after finally getting checked in we were told there was no breakfast included because it was under renovation's. When we got into the room it stank. I said something burnt, my wife said smelled like mold. Took a shower and when I was done drying off in the shower there were several long black hairs in the tub. I have short light brown .and my wife is blonde. The same hairs were on hand towels that were hanging up. We have pics to prove it. This hotel gets zero stars and would never recommend.

Do not stay here
Nasty hotel. Read the other reviews - didn’t take them too seriously as all we wanted was a basic hotel. We don’t need any amenities. Beds were clean however the bed frame was broken and the mattress was tilted downward at the head of the bed. Bathrooms were dirty - tub was scummy. Hotel is LOUD. Walls are super thin. Spoke to the hotel receptionist a few times - they were pleasant.

Minimal is the best word to describe this Red LIon. No services, breakfast area down( no coffee anywhere), shady area for a hotel, room had little to no amenities, noisy neighbors upstairs. I actually felt a little unsafe.

Disgusting
The lobby was small and not welcoming or comfortable. Fridge out front was empty. Room’s beds were solid like sleeping in plywood. There was little walking room, no hooks for bags and little shelving for bags. No hairdryer, only 2 towels. The piping under the sink wasn’t sealed, and were wobbly and leaking water everytime the sink was on. There was a covered utility hole by the beds that had a lid taped over it. The tap was not sticky anymore because of so much hair stuck to it.
