Pleasant, clean and tidy
A convenient location, good amount of space for up to two couples and a few kids. Handy facility with the outdoor bbq area, pool, and outdoor shower & toilet. Very simple check-in / check-out process.

Relaxing Exmouth break
This unit was located in a good central place. The accomodation was roomy for two teenagers. We only used two rooms as other family members were not able to join us. Recommend to holidayers of all ages as complex also has a well maintained pool.

Good house with plenty of space, just some weird smells
The house was good, beds aren’t very comfy and the bathroom smells no matter how many times we cleaned it. Useful outdoor toilet and shower for coming back from the beach. Plenty of parking for cars with trailers. Would definitely stay here again

Value for Money
The location was close to the shops and walking distance to a pub. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and practical. Airconditioning was good, smart tv was appreciated by our sons and the outdoor bathroom was handy. The pool area was well maintained with a nice pool. We would go back there another time.

The property was in a good location and reasonably quiet apart from one night when the bar across the street had some sort of "event" where appallingly loud music pounded into our head relentlessly until midnight. I was surprised at how poorly equipped it was, did not have anywhere near the amenities we are used to having at all the other places we've stayed at; and we travel a lot. There wasn't even so much as a teabag or instant coffee sachet, there was no salt, no sugar, no paper towel, only one toilet roll, no laundry detergent, no little portions of UHT milk, no cling wrap and the minimally supplied kitchen had no intact plastic containers--2 had no lid and the 3rd which was too big for most uses had a melted poorly fitting lid. There was only one extra rubbish bag and no face cloths, not a drop of any soap, shower gel or any other bathroom amenity! Thankfully the washing machine worked well or we wouldn't have had enough towels for our stay. We had to buy absolutely everything for the unit and I was quite shocked by that, nothing like what we are used to and I think quite inhospitable. I would not stay here again.

Good, but a few updates required
Great, but microwave didn't work, tried contacting but no response, chopping boards needs replacing, BBQ dirty a few basics would be a nice touch for guests like a few tea bags, sachets of coffee and a little milk maybe would be our suggestion. We did enjoy our stay overall, thank you.

Had a great time up in Exmouth Accomodation was great! Very clean and spacious. Has a washing machine however rinse cycle didnt work. The clothes dried regardless as Exmouth weather is very hot. Perfect location. Able to walk into town. Easy check-in. Would stay again.

Great location Property is pretty old and tired , suitable for 4 adults. Mezzanine qs bed too hot to sleep up there Disappointed with 2 x bathroom. Shower and toilet outside!!! 4 wine glasses, but not a match. Bbq good Host was quick to help out with any questions

Great unit, great location
This was a great property for a family stay - great outdoor / BBQ area, good functional kitchen, great to have an extra shower and toilet. And the location was ideal - walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants. Recommend it!

Good little unit that was well located for our fishing trip. Enough room to park the boat & relax after a day out. A small issue with fridge not working on our arrival was very quickly resolved by host. This was our 2nd stay at the property and no doubt we'll stay again before long.

Good self-contained location in town
We had 4 x adults, 1 x child - my partner, child and myself had upstairs with in-laws getting a room each downstairs - they also got A/C. The living area A/C isn't great at cooling the mezzanine but they had a fan there which helped. Beds were ok. Washing machine and outside toilet/shower was really handy as was full fridge/freezer. We didn't quite work out if you could use the microwave wave as an oven but the cooktop and BBQ were sufficient for most cooking anyway. Lounge chairs and dining chairs were cane so a bit uncomfy and not a fan of the glass table! Was good to be able to walk to shops/pub if you wanted and the pool in the complex is small but sufficient for kids to enjoy splashing around in. Our only problem was neighbouring unit having a party (but it was pre-pub so didn't go late) and maxing out the bins which are supposed to be shared and throwing anything in any bin which isn't good for recycling (if that is available - i assumed so because there were 2 bins but recognise it isn't easy when in remote locations). In any case, I would stay there again.

Great location close to all amenities of town
This was our third stay at this property as it is in a great location to enjoy exmouth town and surrounds. The unit is clean and modern and has a great outdoor bbq area for the nice exmouth nights. The kids also enjoyed the location with the on-site pool and close proximity to the skate park and splash park . We will be back again

Not what we expected.
One of the bathrooms is outside and has no exhaust fan so would be extremely hot in the hotter months as it was hot in June. One of the taps kept falling off in the main bathroom. The noise from the traffic was really bad. We didn't realise it was on the main road. The beds were very hard. The window in the main bedroom had black plastic on the outside so it made a noise when the wind blew (which was most of the time) and the palm outside kept scraping on the roof.

Hi Michelle, Its not the summer months so you wouldn't know, please review on your experiences not assumptions, all the units in the complex are the same FYI. Pretty ordinary review from someone which took my queen quilt covers! Traffic bad in Exmouth and noisy at night what are you on??? It's not perth cbd, some people are never happy - seems like you are one of them. Please don't come again. Regards Daniel

Arriving to the accommodation, it was very untidy outside. Sand and leaves in patio area. Inside floor was filthy, floor washed with dirty water leaving the tiles dirty. We had to re- wash and sweep floor. Outside shower rose was totally calcified, so no water came out. I cleaned it as best I could now working. High population of Mosquitoes at this unit compared to others in complex. It may pay to get it garden sprayed ga. outside.

Hi Chris This property is professionally clean so if you had bother to call or msg any cleaning issues could of been rectified immediately, i will follow this up with the cleaner. I was at my property at the start of this month and mozzies are a town issue due to the water which the low pressure system brought late summer, in regards to it being worse at this unit than others is an absolute lie, they were the same every where even down at the pool. Great place, basic accommodation
We had a fantastic stay in Exmouth. The property was basic but was as expected. On our first night (after a 14 hour drive) the air conditioner above the bed leaked which wet us and the linen so it made for a rough night. Only other complaint was the lack of oven. It would have been fab to have a town/area map at the property upon arrival. As a young family we loved having the BBQ facilities and access to a washing machine! Communication with the owner was great. :)
