'Great house and wonderful location. The beach is amazing, very private (only saw a few people while we were there). The owners provided great recommendations across the board. If it's your first time to Exuma (like it was for us), be sure to get out on the water and see the Cays...the water is beautiful. If you like to cook, they have a great kitchen. 'A group of 14 adults gathered here for 5 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The property manager, Judy, and her team added so much to the stay! They had arranged cars for us to get to the airport and had our groceries already stocked at the house! 'This was our 3rd trip as a group to Exuma and maybe our best yet. The house handled 8 of us well, and the layout was a little different than the others in a good way. Great location, near airport but on a private road which was nice. Pool was amazing, beachfront with easy access. Sam was great to work with, welcomed us the first day and was responsive whenever we had any questions.'

'Where to begin! Ciesta Sands is amazing. We had had 4 adults and 5 kids pack the house with room to spare. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms nice and roomy. Just all the comforts of home but with an amazing ocean view and pool!! Highly recommend. Owner and house manager are delightful and on top of every question you may have. Highly recommend and we will go again!!'

'We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!'

'This was our first trip to Exuma and we found February Point to be the perfect location! The villa is exactly as described in the listing and worked great for our group of 3 couples. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own private bath in addition to a half bath on the main floor. The views from everywhere in the villa were simply amazing! Having a dock right at the villa for our rental boat was very convenient. We never lost power, but lost water one day due to a community-wide issue...

'This home is newly furnished and has literally everything you could need. You can tell that the hosts thoughtfully put all new pots, pans, knives, dishes etc for their guest's comfort. The kitchen is beyond well equipped, the linens and towels are new and the furniture is comfortable! We traveled with our kids and my inlaws and we all had enough room and privacy, it was great!
