'This hotel is near enough the Bukit Bintang shopping areas to walk, but far enough that it doesn’t feel so hectic. Ongoing construction around the hotel though make the walk to Pavilion and Lot 10 a little difficult but nothing too bad. Peak hour traffic in the area though has intensified in the last few years, so expect jams coming to and leaving the hotel. '

The design and sense of detail in the hotel is beautiful. The bed is big and very comfortable, so was our room, it’s was very spacious. The pool looks very modern and clean. The staff was genuinely helpful and kind. The location is good, just a short 15/20 min walk to the main shopping area.The serve great coffee in the lobby/cafe.
The only minus point was that the breakfast was a bit limited, you could choose one sandwich and one drink (coffee or juice) each, served with a mini bowl...
'quick check inn service, warm, casual, personal and hospitable staff. large and neat rooms. I did not know much information or was not mentioned when checking. Like how you can reach reception? During your stay you can get free drinks like juice. that had been told by one of the permanent staff. Unfortunately! I didn't think breakfast was special. I didn't get much service and was pretty messy. no sugar or salt and pepper at the table. I have to ask one of the management members if I can get it....

'Nice hotel close near shopping centre en public transport.
Close to public facilities and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel has good facilities including a fitness and swimming pool. The staff is friendly and very hospitable.
Even the late check in was fantastic. A special compliment to the always kind and supported staff of the executive lounge.
The breakfast was delicious both in the restaurant and in the executive lounge. The club room was spacious and had wonderful beds

'Zeer ruime kamer met uitzicht op de skyline van Kuala Lumpur. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de kamers schoon. Ook het zwembad op het dak was erg leuk met een mooi uitzicht. '

'The property is well located; it's within walking distance or a short monorail/train ride to most attractions and lots of dining options. The pool is stunning and the washer/dryer is very handy. You'll need to supply your own pool and hand towels though. The check in process was more convoluted than it needed to be with the agent's preference for using messaging apps. "De accommodatie was gekozen vanwege het feit dat we met een gezin ( met tieners) in een kamer konden verblijven. Een kamer met 2 slaapkamers. De schoonmakers maakten de bedden wel op als we daarom vroegen maar de rest van de kamer was niet echt schoon. De bedden waren te doen. Erg harde matras met een wat zachtere topper. Wifi gewoon goed,behalve tijdens onweer.Het meubilair is verouderd en vies. Net als in Europa drijft men op de kracht van de naam. Maar lijkt het vergane glorie. Wel centraal gelegen. Het ontbijt was zo zo, niet continentaal maar erg afgestemd op de regio. Dat is logisch natuurlijk en prima. Volgende keer gewoon een appartement huren in Kuala Lumpur is beter. Je verwacht van Pullman een bepaalde beleving en dat is er niet."
