'Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. '

'It seems like the idea of this place would cool but it was not. I get it, it’s an old hotel no big deal, but the room was nothing like what was advertised the rug smelled old, there’s was no art just the creepiest wallpaper I had ever seen covering major cracks on the wall. We didn’t even stay there my wife took one look at the room and went ballistic what a horrible experience and a waste of money.'

'This was a great little place! It was so nice having an entire house to stay in versus just one hotel room. My female friend and I had to share a bed but it was big enough that we didn't bother each other. My brother and friend's brother enjoyed the TV while my friend and I enjoyed the free WIFI. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and spacious. I liked the convenience of the laundry on site. The neighborhood was safe, but just know that the house is on a pretty steep street. 'After a grueling day of travel, we opened the door to this beautiful hideaway! There was gentle mood music playing that immediately soothed our stressed nerves, and a special treat left for us from the hosts. The bed is extremely comfy-it was tough getting up every morning, and the location was just what we were looking for to get to our destinations each day! 'This is more for a couple or individual. Shower Water was cold. Water pressure was bad. Shower head was in a terrible spot and the shower was messy. Great location, parking outside wasn't so bad, just read the signs. Place was clean. The Shower was very unfortunate.'

'Chris was very responsive to my many questions as a first time guest. Description is very accurate. Location is conveniently within walking distance of St. Albert’s Priory, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It was very nice to have the option to park on the property for a small fee.
