'Having your own cabin is really nice. The kitchen was cute. The bathroom could use some updating. The shower stall didn’t have a light which made it very dark. The room also needed a new bed. The one was really old, but still had some comfort. '

'We had a very quiet, peaceful two nights at River Retreat. Thoroughly labeled kitchen (and beyond) was well stocked for morning coffees on the beautiful deck overlooking the backyard and river. The beds were comfortable (a rarity) and the space was perfect for four adults. We enjoyed the gentle freeze and sound of the river, so close to town yet private and quiet. Dellene was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs.'

'My communication with Carl and Terri prior to and during our stay always resulted in a prompt reply. The TV was tricky to operate, directions would have helped. Location was ideal, easy to walk to downtown. We tried a few restaurants on the list of recommendations and they were very good. We would recommend the cozy cottage to others!'
