'The house location was perfect to get to all of the day/nightlife in the area! We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were there we were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a group of 5, and more people could have easily fit comfortably. The only downside was the construction at the property next door. 'Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! It was a convenient location, provided adequate space, enough parking space to park a vehicle in the garage and two others on street, and had good amenities to accommodate the needs of 5 adults and 2 infants. 'I was never able to use the latch app to access building and to share information with my friends. We had to utilize the key pad codes for every building activity. The latch information did not match the information texted to me. I could only access the check out directions from email. I will never utilize the latch app as there was no consistent communication between latch and good nite services'

'Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!'

'We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather.'

'The garage was a bonus I wasn't expecting...especially when it was a storm and we needed to unload tons of luggage. Convenient location to Vanderbilt, downtown, Green Hills...and a quick walk to Five Daughters and great coffee. Quiet neighborhood. Large dining area was very comfortable for our party and the rooftop cornhole was another nice bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.with our party of 6, but several more would be very comfortable as well. The four stories helped us get our steps...

'This home and neighborhood is PERFECT in every way. I'm from Arizona so I wanted to be outside as much as possible and the property is perfect for relaxing and getting your time on a rocking chair. Loved every minute of it.'
